Worst. Car-buying experience. Ever. I bought a GMC Acadia from these guys in August of 2012. The car had 36k miles on it. It died at 38k miles (just over 2,000 miles). Apparently the engine had blown. The previous owner had never changed the oil - something that should have been instantly recognized by a competent mechanic during their buying/selling inspection. Luckily, insurance covered the $6,000 engine replacement, but we got stuck with the $500 deductible. We kindly asked Leif Johnson Superstore to stand behind their product, and reimburse us, but they declined - without an apology. This problem is only compounded by the terrible service we received when we bought the car. It was never detailed (until we begged to have it done), came with an empty tank of gas (until we insisted they fill it up), and had only one set of keys (despite them promising a second set of keys). The only time we heard from them was when we left a bad review on Yelp. Do business with Leif Johnson at your own risk.

My wife and I had a great experience here! We had been looking around for a second car for my wife to commute to work and had several options in mind. We were helped by Mike Shabaan and he did a terrific job helping us to find the right car. He helped us to narrow down our choice to a 2014 keep patriot and explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle. Once we were done looking we still wanted to get a second opinion from my father so they even let us take the car home for the night to show our family! The next day I went back and Mike was able to work with me on getting a fair price that worked for me. It was the type of experience we had been hoping to find and really made our car shopping a lot easier and simple!

I had the worst experience with CarMax having to drive from San Antonio to Austin 3 different times within a week. My husband called Leif Johnson and spoke with Ryan Fisher who played no games from start to finish...He has a great personality and bust his butt getting me the car I wanted and a great rate. He even paid to have a dent removed out the car to make sure I was happy. I will only send business to Leif Johnson. Thanks to Dee Yeo and the sales manager Michael who looks just like Tom Cruise

I had a great experience shopping online for my used Ford Edge. Dee Yeo made the purchasing experience extremely easy. Negotiations took only about 10 minutes! The rest of the process was easy and painless. Ryan Fishers down to earth attitude blew my paradigm of used car finance guys. He tried his best to speed up the process considering I had my two kids with me!

Called them up Sat afternoon to get direction on how to get there. Called Spare parts. Put me on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally found the place I was amazingly still on hold, and the manager on duty was like,... so what? No thanks, wont be going back there.
