I cant say enough good things about my experience buying a car from Mark. I was looking for a Volvo C30, which arent made anymore thus making finding one difficult. I found one at CarMax in Houston for $18k. Mark had almost the exact one listed, only one year older, but with half the miles for $4k cheaper! Being that I live in Houston, I didnt have the time to go back and forth to Austin to investigate the car. Mark was wonderful over the phone giving me in depth info on the car and was nothing but accommodating in allowing me to have a mechanic come out to check out the car and even take it on a test drive for me. Mark is obviously very picky in what cars he decides to sell as the car was in perfect condition and passed with flying colors. The best part of my experience with Mark was in the fact that he was willing to hold the car for me, even without a deposit, until I could get to Austin. Getting to Austin was no easy task as this was right before Memorial Day weekend when all the flooding was going on. Mark completely understood that my routes to Austin were cut-off temporarily and still held the car for me even though he was receiving lots of other inquiries about it! All paperwork was ready to go when I got there and Mark took to the time to explain everything very thoroughly. The whole buying process was quick, easy and an extremely pleasant experience! Being that I live in Houston was no problem as he even mailed my plates to me. I wouldnt hesitate to drive to Austin to buy another car from Mark Weinstein Motors. I absolutely love this car and it has been nothing but a joy to drive.

I normally dont write reviews but came across the few comments below. I recently bought a car from them and must say the experience was smoother than Ive ever experienced. Ive purchased many cars in my life time but this was by far the best. The car was in great condition and the folks at Weinstein Motors were truly professionals...not your average pushy car salesman. They were honest, straight to the point and didnt pressure me at all. To billy who wrote a review on May 20, 2010 - did you contact them to let them know about your "problem". Im sure they would have done everything they could to satisfy you if it wasnt your fault - did you have your mechanic inspect it before you bought it? After driving my car for a month, I had a few minor issues. I went back to them and they helped me fix them right way. This is even after I had my own mechanic inspect the car and gave it a thumbs up. To bob-g10 who wrote a review on June 3, 2010 - have you looked at the inventory, both on the floor and website? They carry great cars - I dont know about you, but I wouldnt consider BMW, Lexus, Honda and Volvo "junk" and "low quality". Ive already attested to their professionalism - and ill say it again....they are excellent businessman, far far better than youll get at the big lot dealerships that dont care about the average Joe such as myself. All in all, great experience and I have already highly recommended them to friends, family and co-workers.

this is copied from my Yelp review for the most part but I must say that anyone that refers to "these guys" on their review is a bit suspicious. If you have visited the lot or had any interaction, you would realize you are dealing with one guy.... Mark.... hes the owner and I have nothing but glowing recommendations! I HATE buying cars. I would much rather go to the dentist. Last week I spent the week at dealerships and playing the "shell game". I was looking for a specific car which is what lead me to Mark. The price was spot on as far as Edmunds goes and 2k less than what the dealerships had listed for basically the same car or even one a year older. Mark is the owner of this small lot. He has about 20 cars at one time but I was VERY impressed with the quality. I bought a car with 50k miles and it looks, drives and smells like a new car. He only goes with the best for his lot. Mark is very easy going and his forms for the sale are very simple. My bank was pleased at how easy they were to read and understand. He was willing to stay late and accommodate me too. I doubt very few car sales end in hugs but this one did because he was such a pleasure to work with. He does not have financing but will work with your bank.

This is an unabashed endorsement of Mark Weinstein Motors. I bought a 2007 Honda Fit from him earlier this month and had an incredible experience. Not only was the car fairly priced right off the bat, it was in excellent condition-- but it was meeting Mark that sold me. Let every car dealer take a lesson from this man on how to be genuine, honest, cooperative, patient and kind! He helped me through every step of the process efficiently and clearly explained all of the paperwork and steps. He worked closely with me to secure financing through my credit union and even took the time to get the car inspected for me (it would expire in a month) at no extra charge. I trusted him from the moment I met him and his follow-through was testament to why. He even offered further advice and assistance should I need anything more with the car. It drives perfectly and I am sure I will have it a long time. And I will keep on signing his praises!

I was lookin for a used bmw and came to weinstein motors hoping to find it. They didnt have the one I was looking for so I decided to test an audi instead. The sales guy knew I wanted a bmw and we took out the audi for fun. We spoke about bmws for a while and he didnt push the audi on me. he was patient and understanding. A week later I got a call from them letting me know they got in the model I was looking for. They actually called me to let me know before the car was on the lot!! You don’t hear that happening. I came back the next day and bought the car and now I’m enjoying my sweet 325i. I have only bought one car before this at another used car lot (I wont mention where it was) and the sales guy was rude and annoying. This is the best place in austin to get a car. Tell them bmw Roy send you!

Recently bought a car from Mark and had a great experience. The car I bought was priced very well compared to other similar vehicles I researched on the internet and visited at other dealerships. What set Mark Weinstein motors apart from anyone else I dealt with was the low pressure environment, and the quality of vehicles he has on his lot. He is not a high volume, large overhead dealer, and it shoes. He took the time to get to know my wife and eye, and made us comfortable through every step of the purchase. I highly recommend them, and will look to them first for our next car purchase.

Ive been around for quite a while, and Im not easily impressed. I also dont leave online reviews, but in Marks case Ill make an exception. One month after buying a Lexus SUV from Mark, I remain impressed by the vehicle and by Marks candor and his continuing helpfulness, even after the sale. I am extremely pleased in all respects. FWIW - I saw the single negative review in this listing, and I find it strongly suspect. That account in no way resembles the individual with whom I had the pleasure of dealing.
