Ive been to this mall lots of times simply because I live only a few minutes away. The first thing to get is a coupon book at the customer service desk. You can pay $5 for it, or join the VIP club on their web site and print out vouchers for free, or get a free book for just being a AAA member. The prices here are average...whenever Ive wanted to get a specific thing, like a watch or sunglasses, the price has never been lower than on the internet. Heres the thing; if you use coupons and check the web site for specials, thats when you get bargains. You have to know what the prices are and keep an eye out...you have to work for the specials. Unfortunately, I think a lot of what this outlet is all about, is the *perception* of lower prices. You wont get ripped off but you wont get a deal either...but, you might feel like you got a deal at least. Since I live so close, I can just pop in to get one of two things at a great price, but if I lived far away, I really dont think it would be worth coming here to do a lot of shopping. P.S. If youre over 50, go on Tuesdays, many stores offer an additional discount. Its also advisable to avoid this place like the plague on a nice weekend if you dont like crowds. It gets packed.

Not a bad place. There are a number of issues with this place though. First and foremost, its outdoors. This means that theres a very small window of time where its comfortable to go their. Otherwise, its scorching hot or freezing cold. And when its not either of those, its raining. The food court is lackluster, and not centrally located. It almost feels like an afterthought. Parking and getting to the mall is another issue entirely. The Parking can be insane. You can forget about going there in December. Theres only a single entrance, and 3 sets of lights to get in and out of the mall, which is bonkers. Such a huge hassle. There are a few restaurants, none of which Id rate over 3 stars. At least the friendlys there has ice cream....

Its an outlet mall. Its overwhelmingly crowded unless you come right when its open. And forget about coming on a holiday weekend. We made that mistake once and couldnt find parking. Beyond that, it has pretty much what you get at an outlet mall these days. At one point it seemed like outlet malls really sold unwanted styles from the main stores. Now its mostly specialty lines for the outlet mall (like Brooks Brothers) or just regular stores that happen to be at an "outlet mall" (like Old Navy). Ive had success with the Merrell outlet, but so much so Ive got more hiking shoes than I need. Dont take the three stars as a negative review. Its average. No reason to go if you dont like outlet malls, but no reason to stay away if you do.

It would be five stars if it werent a perpetual wind tunnel. Dont go there in a wrap skirt or with a fussy hair style. Calmest day elsewhere? Wind central there! Hot, still day? Go there for a cool down. Great stores. If you are a AAA member, be sure to grab a coupon book at Service office. Bathrooms always neat. Many stores give extra senior discount one day/week, on Tuesdays I think. Plenty of parking, at least most of the time. Every now and then there is some Mall-wide event that causes every parking spot to be in use. Otherwise there is plenty of spots. No bike rack as far as I know. Dont know about public transportation to the mall.

Tolles outlet.

Theres nothing unique here. There used to be more diverse type of stores. Nowadays its all clothing and shoe stores, owned by same corporations, and they all sell similar looking clothing. The "sales" are no longer bargains and the quality is terrible, made for "Outlet Shoppers." There used to be bedding and kitchen stores here too. Theyre all gone. And while theres great opportunity to put nice restaurants with a cafe style feel, all there is is awful Ruby Tuesday, a Friendlys where the line at noon blocks the pedestrian walkways, and a sad looking food court.

Cracker barrel is a great place to eat and it has a fun store attached that has old time toys that were around when I was a kid and when my boys were young. There store has everything and there staff is very polite and extremely helpful. This is my favorite place. The other ad tores are also great as I go shopping here for my sneakers at Asaics and Saconys. They offer MILITARY discount too. The staff are wonderful and alot of the other stores are great also. When the weather is nice it is great to stroll through the stores.

I am not impressed with this place. I thought that, being and outlet mall, I would have a better chance of finding items that catch my eye and fit my size at a decent price. None of these were true. This place does not lend itself well to mens fashion. it is geared towards bandwagon middle-aged and 20-something pop culture zombie demographics. If you are in the market for run of mill items at standard prices all the while navigating swarms of confused shoppers, this is the place to go. Plus side, it is very clean there.

A Mecca for Outlet hunters in Eastern Massachusetts. Commonly bursting at the seams with cars in the huge parking lot, tour buses of Chinese shoppers. High and mid tier shops offering average to deep discounts. Covered walkways so even in inclement weather you can generally stay comfortable. Negatives are the many smokers that sit just outside stores and fill the air with their stench. If you are a AAA member stop at the Customer Service Desk and get a discount list that offers AAA members good bargains.

Other stores are fine. Brooks Brother gave me worst service ever. I came to the store, and I wanted to try some clothes. But the salespersons told me they preferred me not to try and took away all three clothes I choose. When I insisted to try because I worry the color is not fit for me. One of the salesman used a very very poor attitude to separate one of clothes and told me "all the clothes are the same size, only try this one". I am so mad about his attitude. I will never return to that store.
