168 friends 97 reviews 5.0 star rating 1/11/2017 Had the dreaded happen to me the other day - middle of winter, away from home, van wont turn over. Grrr. Thankfully, a good samaritan was nearby with some jumper cables. Once we got er started, I headed straight to this AutoZone. Ive always been happy with this brand in general. You get what you need and the service is knowledgeable. In this case, the attendant came right out, helped me take out the old battery, offered a few suggestions on the new one (2 year vs 5 year price was only about $20 difference), and then installed it quickly and easily for me. The other tidbit that was helpful was that I have a Honda Odyssey, and you have to have a reset code for the radio when you take out an old battery, or it locks down. The technician gave me a heads up because I had no idea. He tried to help me find the code in the glovebox docs, but no luck. He said if I couldnt find it, to bring it back and he would help. I later found an easy way to get the code (thanks YouTube!), but I appreciated his extra effort. Need battery testing, replacement? Get to this auto zone.

Relatively friendly helpful and all around a good experience. The only reason I did not rate higher was on a couple of occasions when they are experiencing a high level of customers some if not most of the workers have a completely different demeanor almost rude. I understand that job is relatively easy when theres no customers but when there are customers that is why you are receiving a paycheck so please try to check your emotions at the door this is business and when emotions interfere with a business Capital can be lost

This location is always sooo busy! Usually have 1 maybe 2 people working the counter. After 10 minutes waiting in a long line that didnt move at all I leftand went elsewhere.
