I needed new headlamps for my new-to-me car, I came into the store equipped with the owners manual and received great customer service from Oscar, the Assistant Manager when asking novice questions about Xenon bulbs vs. Halogen bulbs. Furthermore, when Oscar noticed I was wearing a wrist brace, he asked if I would like him to change out the bulbs in my car. I took him up on the offer and he made quick work of the task that wouldve been a hilarious struggle for me with the brace. Next time we need anything for one of our vehicles or small engine, Ill be heading to this Auto Zone thanks to Oscar setting an example of great service and the store being well stocked with the items we need from time to time.

Today was the second unsuccessful attempt in 2 days to purchase a handful of items. The store was empty and 1 person was checking out. There were a couple other employees out front smoking cigarettes. Like yesterday, after 10+ minutes of standing there waiting, I returned my items to the shelf and left. I will not make a third attempt.

Ive been going here for like 17 years. Its the only choice for auto parts in this neighborhood, especially if you have to walk it. I dont know many of the current employees here because I dont live around there anymore, but had a great experience this morning (10/7/16), manager was in. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy.

Brake light would not go off, so I went in to see if an associate could look at my car to see whats up. George was super kind and helpful and able to address and fix the issue while relieving our worries and being very personable. Definitely coming back to this place if my car has any more troubles.

Stopped by to get a headlight changed. Staff was quick to help even on what was obviously a bust Sunday. The lady came out and changed the bulb for me when I couldnt get the old bulb out.
