What can I say very poor customer service went to have an air condition line Made they told me to take a couple hours I was good with that however I return to the store to find out that they didnt have the equipment to make the line and did not offer a sorry or anything of that nature nor they didnt act like they even cared for my business so sad KOI Florence used to be the place for parts now they cant even compete with advance auto parts. Alvin get a job at oreillys at least there youll know what your store can do. You lost a 200 dollar sale today. And future bussines.

Very poor customer service, the prices are good but they dont really honor the dates they give you for your ítem ( s ) to arrive, i order an item that was going to be at the store 2 days later after i ordered, but instead it has taken more than 5 days and the Item still not at the store.

Your machine shop service sucks Ive never waited 3 hrs for a bearing to be pressed I do a lot of business with koi and now I wont do any business at all especially with the Florence location and I will tell everyone that I know not to

when it comes to employment they sure have there picks u can bust your ass to no end and still only get 28 hrs a week and only 8.25 by hour
