I have a very bad experience with this autozone store. 1. I purchased a pair of brand new axle assemblies from this autozone store and had a shop install them. A few days later vibration and noise were found on the car. The shop found that the passenger side axle was broken. 2. I returned the broken (bought brand new) axle to the autozone store. 3. I bought a reman axle this time from autozone, and give my old axle to autozone as a core, got $10. 4. A couple weeks later, noise appear again. I brought the car to another shop. The shop remove the axles, and found that the axles already leaking grease. 5. I went back to autozone. Talked to manager Bob. I wanted my old axle (core) back and gave back the $10. Bob promised to locate the axle (core) for me. 6. I went to the atuozone store again yesterday (09/25/2010) afternoon, hoping to talk to Bob and get the core back. Bob was not at the store. The salesman got me to talk to this young store manager. This manager is very rude and unprofessional. Without asking me for any information, he simply told me that the axle was in China now. How did he know that that particular axle core was IN CHINA without doing any investigation? He also challenged me to call the atuozone corporate. Overall, it was a very bad, bad experience with this autozone store. Bad axles, bad customer service.

After having our car jumped by a friendly stranger, we headed straight to this AutoZone expecting to drop at least $100 on a replacement battery. The sales manager, Bill, greeted us at the door and tested our battery. He quickly diagnosed the problem wasnt with the battery, but the positive terminal, which had loosened and disconnected from the battery lead. To remedy the issue he installed a cap on the lead to secure the terminal temporarily, but advised us to replace the terminal in the near future. We were at this store for less than 10 minutes and were provided incredibly fast and friendly service. We really appreciated Bills knowledge and exceptional customer service. We highly recommend this location!!

Prompt service. The dissatisfaction comes from paying $147 for a new battery and the gentleman putting it in had to repeatedly say "right right, left loose". This resulted in him breaking the nut on the battery hold plate. Yes, it may have been a rusty nut, but I question his competency. Now we have to pay $150 more to fix this mistake. Give this place a miss.

*** NOT VERY HELPFUL *** The employee tested my battery, but would NOT install the new one. If I am going to install my own battery, I will go to Walmart and buy one for $40 cheaper!!! I will never go to this store again!

I buy from this store regularly. Mike was professional and knowledgeable. Although there was an issue with the POS computer regarding the sale of transfer items, it wasnt his fault and he handled the situation with grace.
