Kind and helpful, they have what I need in stock for my domestic. Open early and late, I favor Pepboys for parts, yet end up here when I break down or need a part to finish a repair. A older black gentleman with short white hair manages and usually closes the night shift, and hes a fount of knowledge. Please forgive me for forgetting your name sir. Hes very knowledgeable, willing to chat and share that knowledge with me. I must confess, Ive made an ass of myself asking for this and that when everything that had happened to my vehicle was my own fault. He discovered the root issue when others missed it and generously worked with me to get me out of the hole I dug for myself. Hes willing to tell me what I should do now and what I dont need to do yet. I respect him and always seek his assistance at this Autozone. In fact because hes there this is the only Autozone I use.

Good hours, good size store. There is a couple of people that work here that I have noticed every time I see them, they are B.S.ing someone about something or another. I can tell they dont know what they are talking about and just make things up because I know the answer or solution myself, and I know what they are saying makes no sense. This seems like a common problem at most chain automotive stores.

They are slow as hell, employees stand around doing nothing, or outside smoking while people are waiting for service. I have a commercial account with these idiots that Im now going to KOI for because of this.
