I must admit that of all the big box auto parts stores, I personally like this chain the least. This trip was not my usual experience though, the employee wa friendly and not snooty. I picked up the part I was looking for, a bulb, I required no assistance in selecting it from the rack. I headed toward the counter and was greeted by a pleasant young man who acted as if he enjoyed speaking to people. He asked if I found everything I needed and made a simple transaction even more seamless. There was no attitude apparent in his demeanor at all. Perhaps if this continues, my score will be higher next time. I only placed it a 3 because of previous experiences, otherwise this time would have been 5 stars all day long.

Had a wonderfully friendly gentleman named Howard help me out. He ran the diagnostics on my car even though it was just my Tire Pressure Sensor light and not the service engine. And he did it in the pouring rain too! But I know better now thanks to him! And I made it out of the hurricane and back home to North Carolina with no other issues. Thank you so much Howard!

I went in to get some oil and when I got to the cash register I was refused service because I was paying with cash and received some random excuse as for why they wouldnt take CASH I was told if I had a Credit card thats the only money they accepted at the time.

Auto zone is delivering a belt to me right now in the Advance Auto parts parking lot because Advance didnt have any and would not go 1.3 miles to the next store to get it. Autozone is the best!
