i own a shop in the area, and started dealing with AutoZone as a cash customer (they dont do commercial at this location) because it was cheaper and less of a headache to deal with the idiots at oreillys or Advance, and napa is too far away. I loved this store, everybody was awesome. until two weeks ago when they fired the manager and revamped the crew. the original crew that is still there is still awesome, but i almost punched one of the new guys just now for being as rude as he was. I dont appreciate an attitude to start, throw in an unwillingness to acknowledge the situation and top it off with him deciding to answer a call and start helping him instead in the middle of a conversation - you have a recipe for problems. I will not return to this store, my family cant afford for me to go to jail because some dumbass has a stick up his ass and thinks hes on top of the world because he knows what an oil filter is.

Battery started flaking out, remembered I got it at Auto Zone on ridge road a couple years back. Ronnie tested it, yep, dying battery. Totally replaced it with a brand new battery, no questions asked! Best auto part experience ever!
