Went Inside with my boyfriend. Was assisted by an individual named Eric. Upon entering the store I told the guy what part I needed. Whenever he pulled the parts up to show us the prices, he said "which would you like, SIR". (Emphasizing that he was speaking to my boyfriend and not me.) this part was being paid for by me. It was my vehicle. When I answered the question instead of my boyfriend answering he looked at me and stated "I was talking to HIM". It was rude and sexist and very condescending. VERY disatisfied with the service.the other gentlemen seemed nice. But Eric was an asshat.

I just spoke to John at the Hiram store on 30 Enterprise Path. I have been to many auto parts store searching some shocks. Out 8 different auto part stores, John was the only one to ask what type of chassis i have for my BMW. There is a differences. This guy knows his job and know automotive. I would have been with the wrong shock if I would have bought from these other so call associates and most of these autostore do not allow returns...We need real knowledgeable people that knows automotive parts at the counter not just a warm body of sales reps. Thank you John

Sandi did a wonderful job helping me with my car battery. She is a very well spoken, professional lady who sincerely cares about the customers. Please go visit her and you will see what I mean. I stopped by to find out why the check engine light came on in my car. Despite the rain, they were happy to connect their device and provide me with the codes. They were even honest in telling me that it would be best for the dealership to diagnose it rather than attempt to sell me products I didnt need.
