very poor customer service! office staff doesnt have a clue whats going on or even cares to help. the owner is same way, will be nice up front once you purchased a vehicle will be very nasty to you. It took 3 months for them to pay off my truck and had to get the attorney generals office involved. So if you want a dealership that doesnt care about their customers,rude,unprofessional than go buy a vehicle from them. The great responses you see else where had to be written by them using a fake name or had a friends write to make them look good.

I went in to renew my Mass 05/2017 inspection sticker. The shop was very dirty. I should had left then... but decided to get it done since its just a sticker, the young man that did my inspection was working on another car when I pulled up, from where I sat inside I could see him start checking my car. He didnt change his dirty gloves and when he reached inside my back seats to retrieve the seat belts got my seats all dirty and stained black.... Ill have to have the car detailed now to clean the upholstery. Im not happy!

Very helpful and patient. Open to negotiation. Like all used car lots, they start high on price, but I gave them 5 stars because they went through a lot to make a deal, and give me complete satisfaction. I enjoyed the go-getter attitude, their flexibility, their customer service, and their fast actions. I strongly recommend checking the place out for your next vehicle.

I just purchased a vehicle from rally motorsports, nice low miles and in great condition, Although the phone line had been busy the voice mail was always full. I’ve had a great experience with the workers, they told me the business was under new management. I was thrilled it seems the new owners are ready to work and satisfy customers. Give it 4 stars

I have seen the ins and outs of Rally Motorsports, and it has come a long way since my first visit. The garage provides quick service, and cheaper than most garages I have been to (I had my oil changed). The business is under new management and ownership, and with that, provides a better business model towards improving customer service.

I just bought a 4 Wheel Drive Pickup Truck From Rally Motorsports. Apparently the last owner is dead, and it has been taken over by his younger brother and is owned by his two children. Long story short all went smooth his brother is a Real Stand Up Guy!

Great service. Went for a sticker and my car wasnt ready as had an emissions problem. They let me go back 7 times with no charge to check monitor after repair was made. Would highly recommend getting a sticker here. Pleasant ownership.

Worst experience ever. Go elsewhere. Now, two months later, they wont return my calls, they wont answer emails, they havent fixed problems they promised to fix. All around bad place to purchase vehicles. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
