I walked in very excited to buy a jeep wrangler or at least start the process & no one could be bothered to get up from their desk to help. I had to do a lap around the dealership to get someones attention. Finally one of the guys offered to help, but by help I mean he couldnt be bothered to get up from his desk & proceeded to shout across the room instead of coming over to me. When I told him (or rather shouted back) that I was looking to buy a Wrangler but didnt know much b/c I drive a civic, all I received in response was "Oh, thats nice. The sales man still didnt get up from his desk & made it clear that he had no intention of doing so. I have never had such a poor customer service experience. I felt like because I am a young girl, I wasnt being taken seriously. I work hard for my money & was prepared to buy a jeep but after such poor customer service I will never return there. I highly recommend to anyone that is looking to buy a jeep to go anywhere but here!!!

Sold me a lemon. Leased brand new 2016 Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited that stopped working a month after, claiming technical issues with electronics. Now they say its my problem. While nice and expensive about how they do business, they sold me a lemon and have not been accommodating at all about it.
