Your standard Michaels store. Helpful employees, clean store. This visit we had custom frames ordered for two very sentimental gifts I recieved. The ladies behind the framing counter were super helpful and took the time to help us with options, not scoffing at the fact that we had a budget. A tip: always search for coupons before visiting!

Always so kind and helping me find things! I once broke a box with glass by mistake and I was so embarrassed, but the staff was so nice and understanding about it! Still feel bad though, but the clearance items are always so great!

Good selection but certain craft areas have shrunk a lot (like yarn). Prices are ok but coupons help. Staff is a mixed bag, some are friendly and others are sour. This is my usual store.
