We went there today. Bought something for my DIY crafts. and the cashier was really inconsiderate. I still have the receipt with me and her name is Jean B. T-9280. I mean its ok for you to talk with your co workers while at work but not when there is a customer in front of you that trying to check out. We were about to ask her, "Would u like us to come back some other time because it seems like we are a big distraction for you". She dont even ask if i have a coupon, tell us what the total amount was, or say when to swipe our card. We are not really sure how to act, are we just gonna stand there and feel stupid or we are going to tell her that "hey were here", and then we look like the jerk. I love Hobby Lobby - great selection and great prices, but there is really some poor customer service from some of the employees working there - not all, but a few. I think they may need some more training.

Incredibly gracious! My family and I stopped in to window shop and kill some time. We ended up buying a large, wall hanging, clock that was on sale. As we were loading up the kids the clock slipped and fell breaking the entire glass face. A bit disgruntled with myself for breaking the $100 clock (that was after the 50% off) I went in to notify them that I made a mess of their parking lot with the broken glass. I did not ask for an exchange bc it was completely my fault. The cashier was sympathetic and asked the manager on behalf, and without a question he approved and they let me exchange on the spot! Such a blessing turning a disheartening situation into a positive extension of generosity!

I am simply not a right wing but job, and so I cant shop here. I dont support their politics, and having all of your religious propoganda at the front of the store (A HOBBY STORE) is very off putting. I think its great that you believe. But not wanting to provide birth control to your employees because of your beliefs (or the fact that you are chintzy jerks) is enough to make me find a Michaels and be happy about it. I actually had a cart filled with merchandise here recently. I couldnt remember which one was the crazy religious Hobby Store. And when I got to the front and it looked more like a Christian bookstore I left my cart and drove to a Michaels a few minutes away.

Do you know where to go when you want to get your craft on? Hobby Lobby of course! Hobby Lobby has most anything that you are looking for! Whether you want to knit, crochet, do crafts, make jewelry, build a model car or airplane or miniature house, or just decorate your house! This is the place to go! I cant get enough of this place!

Large clean and brightly lit store. Cute items but overall cheaply made overseas - more cheaply so than other stores. Great for wall hangings, vases, picture frames and that kind of thing. Not so great for furniture items (unless you want them to be purely decorative). The employees are helpful if you are able to find them.

This is the kind of place where you could get lost for hours and never be bored. I personally dont mind that they are closed on Sunday and find the quality of merchandise to be above what I expect. Great spot for quirky and cute home decor. Wonderful selection of fabrics, picture frames and so much more.

Always a good selection of items you cant find anywhere else. This location is a help yourself spot, since there is never anyone on the floor, except the 2 cashiers upfront. Wait for a sale before you buy something, because they rotate 50% off sales each week.
