This specific store, while convenient is not the store I usually try to visit. I find the Manager, he is rude, has made a rude remark to me about a return I did...I purchased the product from the Hawthorne location, told me "oh great...they make the sale and I take the hit on the return, Nice". Swear to god..thats what he said. Then during their summer clearance I swear to god there was a bottle of half empty red wine..someone on the night crew must have had a party...I told him about it ...he said you must be kidding me...I had to literally drag him over to see...he didnt believe me. There are a couple wonderful workers.....the sweet lady in fabric...she is so helpful!! For a store who promotes that they are faith based....they either treat their workers horribly or pay poorly....they are not friendly sales people in general...that goes for stores in Illinois and the 3 stores I went to in Wisconsin. There are a couple sales people in each that are different but overall.....poor

There is NO customer service at this particular location. I called about an item I purchased but was not in my bag. I did not discover this until the next day but they are closed on Sunday. When I called about it I was treated poorly by Jessica M. I was told that it was a "tricky situation". In other words maybe they believe me and maybe they dont. I should come in with my receipt and all the items I purchased and then they would decide if they will replace the item. She also told me to go look in my car. (Inferring I am an idiot for not thinking of that?) She also said she remembered the transaction and does not remember me purchasing that item. (Inferring I am lying.) This is how they treat customers.

I normally love going to this hobby lobby and never had a problem until today. Today I was not happy with the customer survive. I have bought this coin holder (shown in the picture attached) in the past for $3.99 but today this item was marked $11.99. They told me items change prices all the time and they do not "price match" the online hobby lobby store.. I would of been fine about the price matching with any other item I bought but I really believed the price was a mistake because all the other coin holders were still $3.99.. Why would ANYONE buy one for $11.99!?

Love the store, but customer service is bad. I found a lantern that was 50% off but it was broken (would not clasp shut and glass was broken). When I went to check out I asked for a further discount. The manager was called to the register. He came over like he was inconvienced, stated, "is it already on sale?" to the associate. She said yes. Then he just said no and walked away. Not professional or friendly what-so-ever. If you dont want to treat customer courteously then dont take a job in CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I live somewhat close to HL and have only been in a few times for some smaller items. The sales staff tend to run in the other direction when they see someone coming, I guess because theyre paid by the hour. Simple questions couldnt be answered by clerks who have to call for someone who knows something. Id expect much better service for their fancy prices. I think if I need something they have there, Ill order it from an online store for the same price or better. Ciao HL

I went into hobby lobby last night. I had an idea of a project I wanted to make. I approached an employee and explained what I wanted to do. Her name is Cindy and she was a GREAT help. She gave me many ideas and walked around the store with me and gave me the best ideas. Way better than I could of ever imagined. She was very patient with me. I walked out very happy and excited to start my project. Cindy is a great employee! Next project I start, Ill have Cindy help.

The cashiers are always friendly, but the management and floor staff seldom say hello or even smile. The fact that Christmas was being set up in the second week of may was very off putting. The space of the aisles and the organization lend to easy flow through the shop and the bathrooms are always well maintained.

Its perfect place where you can find just about anything from art and crafts to home decor, party supplies and do much more. Only improvement I would say is the lack of employees. Sometimes you have to hunt somebody down when you need assistance. Otherwise great store.

My wife and love this place. My wife loves the selection of crafting supplies. I really enjoy working with Dale in the framing department, she has done such great work on framing so many items for me over the years.

I like the products here but the service is horrible. I can walk around the store and cant find anyone to help. And if I do pass employees, they never ask if I need help. But I do like their products.

They only have like 4 people working on the whole store on person on the register and the line gets backed up pretty quiclky, it takes longer being on the line then getting what you need from there.

They have a great selection of craft items and home goods. They usually have a coupon running for 40% off 1 item that can be shown to them on your phone, just Google it.

Large hobby store, Nothing mind blowing but they have a pretty wide variety of hobbies covered. Decorations, picture frames, art supplies all at decent sales.
