This was me and my friends first time coming here we had in mind what we were looking for and we got in the store one person asked if we needed help finding anything we told her she said they had the iteam so we looked and couldnt find it all she said was its over there, then we asked another worker and she said yes its straight ahead right around the corner. We did. It find it at all the staff wasnt as helpful as I thought especially because we never been here. We were very disappointed that they didnt know what we were asking for and couldnt help us, knowing they had the product.

Store is very depressing, even oppressive. The employees are either rude, abrupt, or dont give a damn. I dont know why I went there, not going to again. Most recently I was told they did not have something in stock, and when I asked if they could help me find it in another store the employee SIGHED and shuffled her feet to the front of the store to find phone numbers to to other stores. I told her not to bother and left. Not going there again, the store may be moving a few fronts down, but it will have the same "I dont give a damn" attitude. Not a pleasant experience!

I highly recommend NEVER going to Micheals for Framing or matting. in addition to being very overpriced i was told that the "framing specialist" would not cut a custom matte for me because the "side was less than two inches....and it just wouldnt be safe for her"... This is ridiculous...i have never heard of such a thing. So needless to say i walked out went to Hobby Lobby and they cut the matte for me no problem.

This is a good place to get frames. I was looking for some simple cheap frames for posters and they had a really nice selection at an inexpensive price. I was also able to score some nice candles and candle holders. All around decent place.

I love this store! I just wish they carried the newer beads being used in published beading projects. They finally have a few dual hole beads to choose from. I like how they do their check out line... Wish all stores did that!!

Quick and easy. Was very surprised that I just went in, turned the corner and found what I needed. It was one stop shop for last minute item. Very convenient especially was out of state and visiting for work seminar.

Its a convenient location, but I have experienced very poor customer service from a specific woman working there more than on one occasion. I wanted to get something framed and ended up going to a different location.

Saturday morning 11:30. One employee in the entire store (admitted the cashier). Huge line. Id say it was terrible service, but it was actually NO service.
