I called and was put on hold for 5+min. I only wanted to know if they have something available. Girl on the other end didnt even try to answer. She just told me to hold. It may not seem long but try listening / hanging on the other end for 5+ mins. Click!

I love Michaels. As a crafter, I can always find what Im looking for or have it ordered if I need something special. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Shopping with coupons and hitting sales is the best way to keep your project affordable.

Always a line here so expect to wait at least 15+ min to check out. Good luck getting help as well. Usually have what Im looking for but the price is high. You are better off going to a diffrent hobby store if you are looking to save money.

Store carries basic paper crafting tools. I was unable to find and purchase a specific type of item there. Ultimately, I had to go to a local store specializing in stamping and scrapbooking tools and supplies to find what I wanted.

Michaels cannot compete with the customer service and policies of other craft stores. Their coupon policy of "every day low prices" and one per visit isnt customer friendly when their prices are so high.

Typical Michaels, great for the crafting type with a large selection of anything crafty. The prices are generally a little higher than you would want to pay. I suggest checking online for a coupon.

They are very strange about accepting coupons. Was told that they accepted competitors coupons and then gave me less off then the coupon amount. Not happy with the service at this location.
