While I love the store itself because of the high quality items available, the customer service at this location is awful. I shop here once or twice a week and have always felt the employees could be more helpful and friendlier but it was never a big enough issue for me until this past Saturday when my mother was treated like a second class citizen. My mother is a bit older and English is not her first language. She speak English well but has a Spanish accent. She had a return she needed to take care of because a cashier rang in some produce incorrectly and my mother was overcharged for the items she purschased. When she asked where to go for customer service she was told they dont have a customer service area and to "go look for a manager". My mother had to walk around the store and locate a manager who then argued with her that she was trying to return the wrong item. My mother had to explain several times that she did not purchase said item, but rather the cashier rang in the wrong item. What should have been a simple price adjustment turned into an unnecessary ordeal. We are extremely disappointed that a well known and well respected chain like Sprouts would treat a customer this way. This store needs to realize that we have a wide variety of options available to us when it comes to choosing where to shop for our groceries. Why would we choose to spend our hard-earned money at a location that consistently provides such poor customer service? I hope this store will take action to ensure their employees consistently provide great customer service to each and every customer.

Please be aware of the employees working there. Today i went there with my family and because i have a serious illness (im a disable vet) i forgot the wallet of my wife in one of the shopping carts in the disabled parking. I went back not even 10 minutes later to the store and talk to the person in charge of the missing items inside the store. For one he was acting strange and rude to me without even knowing what the hell was the problem so no help at all there. After i went to the parking lot one last time trying yo find the wallet and keys an old couple came to me and tell me they found both items and return them to customer service (its not hard to guess where). I went back to the store and try to talk to Paul a very nice guy and probably the one that is covering the real thief inside the store because they probably dont want a scandal. Well.... PLEASE BE ADVISE THAT ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES THERE IS A THIEF THAT DONT HAVE REMORSE OF THE DAMAGE THAT CAN CAUSE BY STEALING WALLETS THAT DONT BELONG TO THEM AND THAT EVEN WITH PROOF THAT SOMEONE ELSE FOUND IT THEY STILL COVER THEMSELVES... That makes them even worse!!!... I really hope this dont happen to anyone else and please becareful with your personal belongings.

Ive been shopping at Sprouts since living in California and now here. Their products are fresh and the price is good. Nothing to complain about except for one incident that I have had 3 months ago that prevent me from ever coming back to Sprouts. They have a huge selection of coffee beans from different walk of life. I was very interested in reading the beans origin and its flavor. There were like a dozen to read from. Little did I realized that during this self indulgence 2 workers were lurking around to instigate what I was doing. I was furious that they think I was a shop lifter? If they dont want people to read about their products then dont put it out there! They just lost our business for good.

I go here, or used to go here rather, 6 days a week for sandwiches at lunch and groceries at the end of the week. I came in for a sandwich tonight and was told by a girl whom Ive never seen make my sandwich before, that I couldnt have my bread toasted because itll stick to the grill... I explained to her I always have my bread toasted and she began to argue and say shed have to ask her manager but she doubts theyll did it. I dont get why, its just bread?? They toast panini sandwiches all day with CHEESE on them but that doesnt seem to be an issue. Im never going here again. Why are the simplest of things so hard for kids these days?

If you are looking for a suppliment never ask for help because the answer will always be no we dont have that,get a dumbfounded expression and explanation of Ive worked here for years and Ive never even heard of that...Etc etc. If you ask them if they can look it up via computer if they have that suppliment / extract in stock they give you an even stranger look. Always unhelpful. Bought many things there including grape seed extract, black walnut extract, olive leaf extract. Each time wish these were in an oil form instead of alcohol. Only good point really is the free coffee.

I like this place. The prices, the food selection, the plethora of health products and supplements, the layout is great too. The employees, eh not so much. I shop here every week. I know they have to restock things but often, and too often, theyre stocking the floor when I shop. They dont move their boxes, carts, etc... or even themselves to let you get by!!!! That infuriates me! I also think they should train their cashiers to be more enthusiastic. Its pretty unprofessional when you, the customer, greets the cashier.

This is the eighth time I buy food from there and it turns out be rotten or in very poor quality. This time i bought dates and when i took them home they where rotten and i also found a bug in it. I also think every thing is a little over priced for the quality of the food this manger is putting on the shelves for our community. I come to sprouts to get good quality food I never experienced that at a crapy walmart. Who ever the manger is you need to shape up.

I love shopping at this Sprouts! The food is great, prices are reasonable and they carry disinfectant wipes :-) I like that theyll go to the point as to personally order some things for you even if they dont carry it. Best of all, I enjoy the employees. They are very helpful and always friendly. Fyi- Their prices arent always the best but use those ads! Better yet, plan your meals around whats for sale so save even more.

Didnt feel welcome in this place but I still bought a few things. However Im not going to be returning to this sprouts or any other sprouts after finding in the dry pasta I purchased from this particular store had bugs in it. At first I thought ok maybe thats what the pasta looks like because it was all over the place only to notice after I had cooked half of it that it was indeed bugs. Just plainly disgusted!
