After today I will never again shop at this Vons location. The customer service is terrible. The employees walk around with a miserable look on their face. Its a complete waste of time and depressing. I just spend 30 mins trying to send a western union just to be done when I go to pay the fee that it can only be paid in cash. What kind of half ass backward bullshit is that??? What year is it?? Im sorry does your business operate in the past?? Never again!! Its sad too cause I really like getting my morning coffee from the Starbucks inside but I wont be doing that either. Just lost an everyday customer and Im gonna tell every single employee in my office to never ever shop there again. Getting so sick of this half ass customer service mentality. Whoever manages this location needs to start doing some leading and get their head out of their ass. Or dont at this point its on you. Wont be seeing me anymore.

This location offers delivery which is very good for people who can not get to the store, but when you get delivery like me you get mostly food that is over a month expired. When you call to complain they tell you that your family can sue us if you die from eating it. This is the worst way to treat customers. Never shop here. This location is managed by people who think of you as a number and will push any food no matter how old and rotten. Rotten food will kill a senior citizen. I left a complaint with the health department and they picked up my rotten food and said this is not the first time this location has had problems, and even told us VONs in general is the largest complaints out of all the grocery stores out here in las vegas.

I am needed 17 packages of lobster tale for the kids birthday party and the supper bowl party, but the store Director only allow me to buy 10 packages, he said he is afraid it not enough to sale for the next customer, so he makes me drive across town to another Von store to buy the rest of the lobster tale i needs for the party. What kind of customers service is this? Made your own customer go shop at another Von store. I went back to check on the supplies at 11:10pm, there still a lot left at the freezer, he could save me that drive across town. Now I know why this store only rated 3 star, I will not walk into this Von store to buy anything again. Very poorly customer service and support.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. I have us bank. I went in to get 2 money orders so they told me to go to customerservice to get them so I could save some money which was cool. But then they said I could only get $500 for each. I would need to get 4. So I went back to us bank and they kept telling me to go back to customer service so it would be cheaper. They gave me the run around for nothing. Worst customer service ever!!!! I felt like they were too lazy to print 2 money orders.

Vendors blocking virtually every aisle, employees texting while pushing carts around store, Id rather bag my own groceries so canned goods and produce are not bagged together. The only time I was asked if I needed help was when a manager and employee were blocking my way....I stopped and waited for them to move, they did not. I said, "I guess Ill go this way." Then the manager asked if I needed help. I told him he could help by moving out of the way. This store is terrible!

This place is always pretty clean and the isles are never crowded. The reason is probably that everything is usually more expensive than at other stores. The downside is they usually dont have enough cashiers. Usually at night its one and they never or almost never call a second one. Other than that its convenient that its always open and located across the Desert Breeze park. Edit 10pm on a Thursday... See pic, they never open another lane.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE. They are horribly over priced and offer horrible customer service. They supposedly offer food delivery but after waiting 2 days and 8 hours for them to come bring over $250 in food, they dont call, dont e-mail, blow me off and tell me they can give me a $6 credit for deliver, give me a break, worst service I ever experienced for extremely overpriced food. Dont waist your time at this store.

My husband and I went here to grab some food before heading to the park across the street with our 2 year old. We are both extremely pleased with the kind and outstanding staff here at Vons. They went out of their way to help us. Especially one lady in particular who worked in the Deli area. I really wish I would have gotten her name. This is a great store. Kudos to you, Vons, for employing such great people!!

They are rearranging the store so I had to ask for help finding everything on my list because nothing was labeled correctly. They only had two registers open with 8 people in the express lane and five in the normal lane. When someone finally came to open another register 5 minutes after I got in line they took the people behind me. Worst grocery shopping experience in a long time.

Cashier Diane: Racist! I will not return to this store, never in my life has someone made me feel so belittled because of the color of my skin. I hope Vons evaluate her as a staff, I just moved to vegas and I cant shop at my local grocery because of this staff member, I was completely speechless by her remark, I purchased my items and left.

Everything is organized and if you get what is on sale its good prices but what kills this place is no self check out and the most incompetent person is on the 15 or less line meaning you have to decide which line is less slower because both lines are slow and of course even though they could open more lines that never happens either grr!

Tanisha they call a supervisor degrades her employees right in front of customers. Fights with customers over petty stuff, forget about it if you need to return or exchange ! Shes racist and demeaning and will make fun of people once they begin to walk away. I will see to it that this woman Is held accountable for her actions

Nothing! I have never been to Vons and going there tonight for the first time I realized I wasnt missing anything. I only spoke to 2 employees and they were both rude. I asked them why they were so unhappy and apparently that is how they always are. Life is too short to be miserable. I can only pray for people like that

Make sure your trip is important, and plan an extra 30 mins, doesnt matter what time you go, its a very long wait in line. I let two people with two items go ahead of us again. We still waited well over 30 mins. They never have enough checkers, employees are nice but are completely understaffed. Thats managements fault.
