If I could give them 1/4 of a single star I would. On Friday July 14, 2017 I was treated with such disrespect. I have PTSD, severe anxiety, asthma. I had my new service dog who alerts to my asthma or creates space by laying, sitting or standing near me so I feel comfortable enough to be in public. Well it has been a hot day and I parked in a row close to the door had him potty, he went pee, asked again and he did nothing. My dog did have an accident I politely picked up what I could and motioned to an employee from the bakery for additional assistance. I apologized weve been to multiple stores and hes never had an accident, my nerves at this point were already going crazy and I began to get shaky. Another kind lady who is a CNA and her husband saw and stayed with me until the employee returned. The employee rude kept saying Im allergic to dogs I wont help. The CNA jumped in and stated that the way they treated was wrong. Just to point this out she went to get a manager and said manager never came out. It was me standing there in the spotlight because of what happened. The kids I had with me were my niece and nephew and my nephew has autism so me in the middle of a minor attack scared him he kept telling me are you okay auntie. Needles to say I didnt shop, grabbed me niece and left, sat in the car for a good 5-10 minutes before leaving the parking lot because I was so stressed out about the scene that was made. I understand this shouldnt have happened. It was a hot day and I kept my dog very hydrated so if he would have peed I would be understanding but he peed outside both before we went in(long pee) and when we left(short pee). He had diarrhea I didnt know why at the time and both the CNA and the friends I told said it could have been the heat. I said sorry but it didnt matter to the employee no manager came out to diffuse the situation, I was very upset. I dont recommend this store to my friends with service dogs, nor my other friends. A store manager should care more about what happens or why something happens. Albertsons will never see money from me again. All because of one employee and one manager who couldnt be compassionate.

Albertsons, along with Fred Meyer stores are the most expensive groceries in the area. Good bakery, but the deli and meat dept could be better. Albertsons also now owns Safeway stores, so many of the store branded and generic items are available in both. Albertsons also has a outside barbecue going every weekend. Not cheap, but pretty good.

After waiting in line, The lady that was checking in the 15 items or less told us to go to another line because we had to many items. I counted and we only had 12. We then waited in the 2nd line and he was very fast and efficient. Im not sure what her problem was.

Clean nice ppl not overly pushy always a Lil more spendy but pleasant everytime I go day or night and they saved my life Xmas eve they were open later then Walmart! Whew thank goodness

4 out of the 5 times Ive bought chicken breasts from the deli area, they have been thighs. Im not sure if they dont know the difference between white and dark meat?
