Firstly, they got rid of their self-checkout lanes because their new POS terminals were not compatible. Your checkers are typically too slow, barely audible, and should focus on ringing up items, not small talk. Secondly, I frequent the deli for lunch. Half of a pound is not .665. Grilled chicken does not need to be dry and tasteless. And I certainly dont need attitude from employees. If you dont want to work there, quit. If you dont want to heat up a panini, I dont give a ****. Its your job, and Im hungry. If you want to complain about your job, hire a therapist. Call your mom. I just want my food, and I wont be getting it from here anytime soon. Lastly, if youre thinking of defending the store, or making the assumption that Im simply a grumpy jerk with nothing better to do than write bad reviews on the internet, youre wrong. Im a nice guy. I dont go around looking to ruin peoples days. I just want my groceries in a quick and timely fashion, with interactions being as neutral as possible. Im really not asking for much.

They are starting to add a bit more options in terms of health food and varieties of regular food but are way overpriced for everything throughout the store I can shop at any of the other local stores and get everything half at half the cost

Its an ok store. It just feels really old, dark and closed in. The prices are ok, but I always choose the store across the street, no matter what it happens to be. Right now its Yokes and I will continue to go to Yokes.

We love our Albertsons. I would like to see the corporate people upgrade the store a bit. It is really dated and I know the staff would appreciate new surroundings. The meat department is the absolute best.

One very rude staff member said "I can help you over here", and grabbed my stuff off of the checkout lane I was in without my permission and put my stuff at a self-checkout lane. I will not be returning.

A good basic grocery store. I like their entryway displays, usually about whats for dinner. Easy recipes with all the ingredients right there to grab. Makes for easy shopping on a busy weekday.
