First time in this location last week, and its a really nice store, clean, shopper friendly, employees are very nice and will go out of there way to find something for you, or open up a new line to check you out quicker. Another great thing about Albertsons is you dont need one of those "loyalty" cards to get the sale or discounted prices!!! Thats great, Im always losing or forgetting the cards. Yeah, most stores will put in the store card for you, but, you lose out on your account getting credit, and the digital coupons that get downloaded to those cards. Thats why Im liking Albertsons even more as of late. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because there normal prices are just way to high. Ill be honest, Im a cheapskate the last 10 years. I live on a smaller budget now, and cant afford to pay "whatever", I always laughed at people I saw with coupons, sales flyers, or just shopping for certain things because of the price. Not anymore, to me, its the only way to shop!!! I save at least $125 per month shopping for sales and using coupons. Thats the reason this store got 4 stars instead of 5. Prices are just to high if its not on sale. So, if your looking for a great store, and are a one stop shopper, this store is for you. If your a cheapskate like myself, check out there sales flyer, and buy the sale items!!! There sales flyers are the best. Im still wondering why no stores in Southern Nevada have coupons??? I see these extreme shoppers all the time on TV, and they use double and triple store coupons, but NO STORES HERE IN Southern Nevada have these!?!?!! WHY???

Little disappointed in Albertsons management. A week ago I went in with my family for ice cream, and while standing their telling my son to ask his sister which one she wanted, the price sign above is fell on my son, then I seen the umbrella moving and next thing you know I seen one of the big coolers coming down right above my son, I tried catching it but at the same time pushing it away from him after I felt the weight of it, unfortunately it still hit my 3yr old daughter on her head, and I hurt my hand it immediately got swollen and with pain couldnt move it but was a little shaken. The manager heard and went to check asked if were ok, I told him yes just hurt my hand and daughter got hit, I also told the cashier what happened he was nice enough to ask if I wanted to fill out an incident report but I just wanted to leave. After several days of the pain not going away I got and xray and shows a bone spur sticking out from my thumb thats why Im still in pain so I went in filled out a report and till now management has not even bothered to call and apologize, they dont realiZe how much anxiety Ive had since my baby was right next to me in the cart and has cerevralpaulsy and is on strong meds for seizures has been in and out of hospitals, if he would have gotten hurt it would have not ended up well. At this point still have lots of pain its been in the way of me working and holding my baby, nobody there has bothered to at least apolgize.

Carla is the best checker EVER!!! I live right around the corner from this Albertsons and I have shopped there multiple times a week for the past 7 years that Ive lived in this area. The store is always nice and clean and the staff is always nice and helpful...especially this morning. I was shopping there around 9:00 am and when I left, I realized I had also left my wallet in the shopping cart. YIKES!!! I went back to the store within 10 minutes of realizing this and it was gone. I went back in the store and asked multiple people if they had seen it and no one had. When I asked the checker who had checked me out she went above and beyond...she left her station and immediately checked the video camera. Long story short Carla hunted my wallet down from a nice old lady who was shopping, but was going to turn it when she was finished. Carla, youre the best! You saved my day and the rest of my Spring Break! I called your manager the minute I got home and told him how wonderful you are and what you did for me. I cant thank you enough. I hope this message makes it to you and the higher ups in the company. You deserve a raise or a bonus or something for going above and beyond! But honey, let me give you piece of advice...I think youre in the wrong line of work! You should be a CSI because you are a great detective :) Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Every once in a while when I feel like Ive forgotten what truly awful customer service is, I pop into this Albertsons. The employees there never disappoint. They are the most consistently rude, unhelpful bunch Ive ever encountered in a grocery store. From refusing to help at the deli counter, to snapping at customers in line, to simply refusing to check out for reasons unknown, these guys take the the cake. Its almost amusing, then I consider how nice it would be to be able to shop for groceries at the closest store to my house, instead of having to drive an extra mile to pick up what I need from Smiths.

I absolutely love the produce section here. There are many precut varieties of vegetables that are always fresh, reasonably priced and perfect for quick meals. In addition, the selection of micro greens is fantastic and, again, always fresh. There are so many choices for fresh herbs, and vegan options including shelled soy beans. This department also has FANTASTIC packaged nut varieties, moist and delicious sun-dried tomatoes, dried fruits, etc. If you love your veggies and fruits, youll want to head over and stock up on the bounty here.

Victoria is amazing; always smiling and very knowledgeable! She works in the seafood department that always has the freshest seafood of all kind. I buy a lot of salmon so finding fresh salmon at a great price that doesnt smell bad can be a challenge. After visiting many grocery stores in search of a consistent supply, the seafood department in this Albertsons is The Best!!! Great job Victoria, keep up the good work.

1 of the Entry doors was locked at 8pm! Inconvenient, you cant tell its closed until you get to the door. Its far to the next door. It is also dangerous for seniors in so many ways. My cashier was very nice. The one next to me was awful. I had disclosed i had 2 flats of water under my cart. I called them by the wrong brand name. She made it sound like i was trying to get away with something.

I stopped in this Albertsons periodically and it is always clean. Not sure what theyre doing with the meat pricing??? They have some stupid pricing program where you buy 1 and get 3 free. Wish they would just give me a good price on the 1. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Theres a Starbucks, post office, and bank inside Albertsons for your convenience. Restrooms were very clean.
