As a teen, I like to come here and shop for cute, cheap clothes. When I usually come here, the service is great and the items are nice. However, just recently, I was treated in my opinion unprofessionally. I was trying on a jacket but I already had a jacket on. So, I had went and put my jacket one of the clothes racks. Since Im short, I had to kind of throw it onto the rack but I had overthrown it and it had accidentally landed on one of the workers. I was going to say sorry, but she had already walked to me and decided to "scold" me. She told me I was disrespectful and rude, and told me other mean comments. I told her that it was an accident and apologized, but she didnt believe me and kept telling me of what a bad child I was. I very upset, and I felt disrespected. It was purely an accident, but of course since Im a teen I had purposely wanted to throw my jacket at her. She was a older lady with drawn on brown eyebrows and white hair, and I do not believe she should be working at a public store when she can not even accept a simple apology. I will not be shopping here again, and I hope no kid, teen, or adult will have to feel like a "menace" like I did.

Bad!!!!!So I get off work late and I get there 20 min before they close.So after a while they announce that theyre closed.. An employee walk up to me and tells me theyre closing ,walks me to the register and I pay.I wait by the entrance for my wife..so they stare and stare and stare to the point were I felt uncomfortable.So I take my 2 year old and wait OUTSIDE I can hear them inside joking around laughing..after 10 min I see my wife INSIDE..If I owned this place I would feel embarrassed of them...I wouldnt shop here again..GOODWILL MORE STORES BETTER SERVICE BETTER ITEMS..FRIENDLIER PEOPLE..

I usually find nice things here and there. But they put up things that should be in the trash like a lot of their furniture and shoes. They employes are nice except the Manager the old women she is rude. I have purchased baby clothes kids clothes men and womens clothes and nice suits for men. Oh yes I dont agree that they only give you 3 dollars for your donations I think it should be more, that is not right at all! They also charge a lot for electronics.

For some reason this store and the one on bell rd are always full with items, but at the same time both are also somewhat messy and disorganized ones. Some of the items are getting kinda of expensive, but you can still pickup some nice bargains. Remember to look at the color discount tag of the day when you walk thru the doors. They still have the 50% discount on Wednesdays.

I love this place!! They have very affordable prices on everything! (When compared for example to goodwill) very nicely arranged, color coded, and variety. They have a brand name area of the store, where you can find brands such as COACH, eco, ninewest, Zara and many more depending in when you visit the store. Over all great service, I LOVE IT.

Found a great new place for friends,family, myself and anyone I can recommend to shoppe here. Super excited and super happy with this Savers. Conveniently located, easily found, Clean safe environment. The atmosphere inside the store is wonderful, the staff was extremely extremely helpful. The store was very organised. Me and my friend were shopping here and having a good time not interrupting any other shoppers and the manager kicked us out. Also know that i bought a pair of jeans before we were kicked out but she didnt even let my friend buy what he was trying to get. Complete bs. Are we not aloud to have a couple laughs when were shopping or what?

Super mad as I was walking in an employee stopped me and told me no backpacks I had my baby in my arms and I told her its a diaperbag not a backpack she said it dont matter , if I was a teenager I would totally understand or if I looked suspicious but Im a grown woman . I used to love coming in the store till now .

Great selection of things! My 2yr old and I went toy hunting and boy did he have a blast! They had older items that were collectable, to the newer toys that my son was more into. He grabbed a few baggies and I picked up a 1995 Batman Boardgame. Awesome find!! We plan on visiting this location again in the future.

Friendly staff, and low prices. When I enter there is immediately a humble atmosphere that makes me feel at ease. On top of that, Savers supports charities and I love the idea of helping others in the community. Overall great place to thrift shop, but Ill wait to pop those tags until I get home.

You want to save, shop the first Saturday of each monrh.....good name brand clothes and other items...as for shoes.....not that many selections. Thats my opinion....i wear size 13.....i cant never seem to find my size in shoes.

heads up to all parents who use a back pack as a diaper bag. you are not allowed in the store with your back pack. i dont see the difference in a large purse vs a back pack. its way easier to steal something with a purse.

Pricing is off lately - name brands, poor condition priced like new condition or more; generic brands priced more than you could get them new or on sale. This problem ebbs and flows, but its particularly bad right now.

Im a bargain hunter and this is a great place to hunt. They offer a 50% discount on certain color tags and the color rotates weekly. There is plenty of free parking and the staff is courteous and friendly.

From this store wendy did a horrible job because she gave my mom a receipt for a club card and denied it the next week and kept denying it, then she said she didnt give my mom that receipt.

They are way over priced! You can go to kohls or Walmart and get your clothing for the same price if not cheaper and its new stuff. I see this place pricing them selfs out of business

I love this place... well most days. They really need to work on the cleaning of the smell inside the store, sometime it smells like a baseball stadiums bathroom.
