Very bad service... I walked in because I was doing an update on my iPhone and it al of a sudden went to "connect to itunes" screen. I walk in and tell the girl that I do not own a computer with itunes and need to get my phone working again. She takes a look at it and says to me (with a straight face like she is serious) "you need to connect to itunes." Im thinking to myself she cant be serious but she was. She then asks someone else and they say that they can not connect it to itunes because it will be in store demo mode... You sell iPhones everyday and mean to tell me that there is no access to itunes in an authorized iphone dealer... She than tells me I have to go to apple... Very disappointed with my experience. It is a simple fix that would have taken 5 minutes to resolve and no one would help(there were 4-5 employees in the store and only myself and one other customer that had already been helped). Very bad customer service.

Switch to sprint and save! Just kidding though! You wont. "well even buy your phone so you have no costs to switch" JUST KIDDING THERE TOO. Theyll buyout a ->portion<- of the phone via a stupid gift card MAILED to you MAYBE weeks after your other bill is due to be paid. Im now OUT $350.00 because I wanted to SAVE on my phone bill. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP. I still have yet to receive any notification on said gift card but I did get a bill in the mail from verizon to the tune of $650. Not to mention the two days to take off to drive in between Sprint stores because none of them communicate or are accountable for each other. What a complete joke. I cant wait to never step foot in a sprint store again. SCAMMERS.

Store manager is a joke! i have a cut your bill in half plan from AT&T. So they have to honor my old plan. 5 lines total, I came in to add a 5th line. the rep was a bit confused, so after 15-20 minutes he asked his manager. (door open) I could hear the rep talk for a bit then the manager says "DONT TOUCH THAT PLAN" Poor, piss poor service. I will never shop here again, only because of the Manager. I sure hope youre reading this and change your attitude. Life is too short to be that uptight.

DO NOT Get sprint if you live in Arizona. I have never had such bad cell service. I orginally signed the contract when I lived in Illinois. The service was fine. But 5 months ago I got transfered to AZ. Everyday I have several dropped calls and even the ones that are not dropped are bad quality. Sprint acts dumb everytime I call them and suggest that I need a new phone.. WHAT you sold me this one!!! I am stuck with them for another year and that really sucks!!

Biggest group of morons I have ever had to deal with! Because THEY royally screwed up, by transferring ownership of someone elses lines to mine instead of closing my account, I am now having to deal with a collection agency and worst of all Sprints "customer service". They wont remove the people that added their phones to my line until I pay off the amount. Stupid its not mine!!!

Terrible store manager. I have a few questions about some problems and all he was doing was looking for ways to prove me wrong instead of fixing the problems. He said talk to another person to his assistant because he clueless of whats happening. Arent you the store manager......pathetic

Today was a bad day for me but it was all turned around when i walked into Sprint. Terra helped me with all my phone needs and answered all my stupid questions with a smile. I always expect ppl to be rude but she was great. Thanks for all your help and turning my day around.

The guys working at this branch are friendly but have NO CLUE what theyre doing. Im sure their manager told them to "fake it till they make it" because they sure as hell wasted FOUR hours of my day and now Im paying 180$ for a stupid one cellphone plan that I cant get rid of

Well something must have changed......... I just received some of the best service in my life from Kody. I was walk through every aspect of the buying process and even though I didnt buy even after that I was giving 100% service until I left the store. I will be back!!!

Horrible. They dont want to help anyone. I saw 5 people leave store angry in the 10 minutes i that i was waiting to be served. 3 of whom i saw at the store on 75 avenue only minutes later where we actually were helped. Fire all of them snobs!!!!
