Complete Joke. Come here if you havent been recently given the run around, misinformation, and talked down to in a while. They are as quick to send you off with incorrect information if you have a problem as they are to take your money, get you setup, and not tell you the whole story. I switched my plan from Verizon, they said theyd buy my old phone... no fees... blah blah blah. I get a bill for 700 some odd dollars, come into this location and the SAME guy tells me... "we dont do that here... who told you that?" YOU. YOU did when I switched. Exemplary customer support is what youll find here folks. I ended up having to drive to an actual sprint retailer (not this location as it is a 3rd party so they dont care to do a good job at all). The best part, is these stores dont even talk to one another. I plug my account information in at this location and they have no information about my other transactions with sprint. So I get to get back in the car and spend more of my day trying to fix this and switch back to Verizon, the phone company that answers their phone and their stores assist when there is a customer having a problem. Im happy to spend 20 more a month for actual support and reception. CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW? GOOD.

Horrible customer service from the assistant store manager herself. She did not even seem like she wanted to help me, and I was only one of two people there. She claimed if I wanted to upgrade my phone, I would have to pay almost 500. I told her I was on a plan to switch to the new Galaxy after 12 successful & timely payments. She said that was incorrect and said that would be the price and there was nothing to do about it. Instead of taking her word for it, I called Sprint. The level of customer service was INFINITELY better over the phone. They checked my information, told me I was indeed correct and am eligible to upgrade after 12 months for no additional charge and they even waived the upgrade fee. I am now writing this review as I await my new phone, no thanks to this store.

My husband and I went in here yesterday morning after dealing with AT&T the night previous I told RACHEL about our experience with them and how horrible is was and the poor customer service they showed us and let me just say she went above and beyond for us and made sure we were getting the most bang for our buck. She made sure we both got the phones we wanted without taking our every last penny. If there were ten stars she would get them because this was by far the BEST phone purchasing experience Ive ever encountered. EVER. If your planning to go to this store make sure RACHEL is helping you. Shes a doll.

4/24/17 It says they open at 9 but they really open at 10. I was the first customer along with another man and the two young ladies working were rude to the both of us. They werent helpful explaining things and seemed unhappy to be there. I asked a question and misunderstood her answer because I was looking at my phone and she just stared at me in silence until I asked what the problem was. The customer service is bad and its not even a real sprint store just authorized dealer like a mall kiosk, go to a REAL sprint store....

Every time we go to this store its the same expirence. We wait for 30-40 minutes before acknowledged, maybe longer for someone to actually help us. The staff seems like they all hate their jobs, no smiles or hellos. Today we sat on the floor for 30 minutes then decided to leave and no one said anything. No apologies for the wait or "someone will be with you soon " nothing at all. I wish we could get out of our contract with sprint so bad because there is nothing good about it at all, including the customer service.

very poor service... i took my evo 4g because the screen blacked out but would still light up and they just told me it needed to be replaced and would cost a $100 for the deductible without even seeing if it was repairable.... so after work i took it to the sprint store on grand and bell for a second opinion and the fix my screen no charge so i was stuck with a perfectly good working phone and still had to get the new phone.... just terrible customer service ill never go there again

I walked into this store and even though they were busy with other customers I was greeted and told they would be with me as soon as they can. I was offered a bottle of water, and when it came to my turn they actually were able to lower my bill and inform me of all the offers I get for being a long time customer. Great customer service, and the Manager Steven and his staff were very nice and helpful. I will be surely going back to that store!

Ive been coming to this sprint store for three years now. And recently Ive been coming in once a month to try and cut costs. Every time I come in the staff is always super helpful. Theyre always trying to find me the best deal. Very friendly and seem to genuinely care about the customers. Steven (the store manager) helped us with everything we asked with a great attitude to boot. Great guy, better team awesome store.

I went in yesterday to see about upgrading my phone for Mothers Day. I was helped by Eric, he figured out the exact amount I (my husband) would be paying out of pocket to terminate my lease and the damage fee for my cracked screen. I was able to upgrade to the new S8 and I love it. We were there for about 2 hours but the entire staff were helpful, hilarious, and knowledgeable, so the time went by fast! Thanks yall!

So l went into this location because l lost my device and needed some options on replacing it. I am currently under lease and no insurance on the device. Teresa Cooper was my retail consultant, l didnt get what l was hoping for, though Teresas diligence to make a genuine effort to make my loss a little easier take was the gold lining in all of this.

Why is it difficult to get consistent answers about what each store does or doesnt do or have available? My wifes phone went bad and we went to three different stores until we gave up. Customer care was a joke also because they dropped our call twice. Still no answers.
