Moose Way

I hate being that person to write a bad review, but this joanns in Tooele has a lack of employees to help customers, and very rude employees. It is very over priced (even with their coupons). $50 for 3 pieces of 1 yard lace? I was able to find triple that for $7 on Amazon. I wanted to get some zip lock baggies (small size) but all they had was opened (taped up) boxes. I wasnt sure if someone used or broken into them and if all were counted for. I am confused why they would ask for full price for a item that was broken? Needless to say I was hoping for a more enjoyable experience and perhaps find a crafting store with good customer service and more products than what Joanns has but I feel internet shopping is the way to go with just about everything these days. Price, no bad customer service, saves on gas, and I can do it from my home. I wouldnt mind supporting local businesses (even if I had to pay a little more) if they simply had good customer service and someone to help you without waiting 20 minutes in line.

Its nice to have a fabric and craft store in Tooele but they dont have a lot of variety and/or options to choose from. I was very disappointed with yesterdays shopping experience. I was looking for a medium sized wood "C". With it being Jo-Anns I figured I would have several options choose from but was I wrong! I didnt have a lot of options at all to choose from. I asked an associate if they had sold out of them and she said no, that what is there is all they carry. I was also looking for a variety of scrapbooking stickers and again they barely had any due to the same reason as the wood letters. Wal-Mart would of had a better variety.

The people working were very pleasant.The one thing I was unhappy with as a new shopper in the store while I tried to use the coupons that was sent to .All the little fine print made it impossible to get my first sewing machine when I went to use the coupon you sent me I found out most things on the sewing isle are exempt for your sale items. Then in your ad you offered a carring case for my machine and things show it was in the booklet on sale. Thank goodness your employees are wonderful other wise I would have walked

I have never been to this location and had enough people there to cut and check people out. What should take five minutes can take an hour and I always leave frustrated. I very rarely rate places but I cant take it. I have come here on a regular basis since it opened and the lack of staff and inventory has finally gotten the better of me... :(

I love this store. Hugh variety, only problem is that it is a large store and it takes me a while to get around. The motorized chair is usually being used. Causing me not to be able to get all of the items that I want to look at or buy.

This is a wonderful place if your child has a school project or something like that. All kinds of arts and crafts stuff. A lot more than Wal-Mart. Prices are just about right too. I would highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately I had to stand up front waiting for a cashier for like atleast 10 minutes, which is frustrating especially becaùsr my 2 lil ones were acting up.

I go here alot. I love having a joanns local instead of having to go into saltlake. The building is kept clean and organized the staff is friendly and helpful.

Its not a full size store so they dont carry a huge selection but they usually have coupons on their app so you can get things for a decent price
