If I can give this store no stars I would. Travis the so called sales manager who stood by adding his attitude and commentary to each of the sales members transactions while other customers walked out because they waited forever without being helped, has no business working in the field he is in. I am a potential Sprint customer, but the lack of support and service I received when coming into this store, and disrespect I received from "sales manager" ,Travis, has really given me second thoughts about switching to Sprint. If I do end up switching, even though this store is closest to my home, I will drive out of my way to a third party retailer of Sprint, who will appreciate my business.

I walked into this store with a broken screen.... Yes one may assume I am going to say the service was bad this and that, but... I have insurance on my phone yes I do... but I am eligible for an upgrade and I could sign a new two year agreement thus letting me get the new IPhone 4 virtually for free, but this guy said no you have to call this number for insurance this and that... So I am a little upset because I am stuck now with my old cell phone the pretend 4G Evo battery sucker because I just paid the 100$ to get a new phone through assurance... I would like to thank sprint for serving me well for 7 years because without great service I would have never noticed this gaffe.

This place is the worst sprint store I have ever been too. The last thing they want to do is help you. My wife was having trouble with her I phone camera. The guy at the counter told my wife that he was the most highly trained person in regard to I phones, and still had really no interest in helping her. We were in the store on Tuesday 3/14 at approx. 2:30. I wish I New the guys name. If I was the owner of this store I would drain the swamp and replace these employees. Now I can understand why there was no other customers in store. Do not waste your time going here.

Really great customer service! My grandmother had passed, and my grandfather was really struggling, because she usually did everything. So he had no real idea how to use cell phones, or pay the bill, etc. The representatives were so nice and patient with him. They led him every step of the way through the contract, his service and details. And even walekd him through setting up his phone and getting the basics down. Its really the little things, and im super greatful that the people at sprint were so willing to help him.

This place has horrible customer service. Walk in and the place is packed with everyone scattered all over waiting to be helped. Only after 10 min of waiting someone finally comes to ask if ive been helped. Then they tell me they cant help me i have to drive far to another store. Not only is the cell service non exciting in this part of Surprise but the customer service sucks ass. Not worth it, Im switching services as soon as i can.

Went in to get the new s8 for my wife and I. Jeremiah was extremely nice and helpful and helped us out to the fullest. Even put our screen protectors and cases on for us. We will def be back for future needs. Wish they could get some sun reflectors in that store. The poor guys have to stare directly Into the sun because there isnt any protection from the sun setting. Thanks again Jeremiah for your help!

Not enough employees scheduled, and the ones who are dont care about helping you, its more of "Okay how fast can i make these people leave". Not to mention the information i was given about getting a new phone wasnt accurate. The employee and the sprint website told me two opposite things. Working on switching to anyone but sprint at the moment, but either way I wont be returning to this store ever.

Just terrible service, they had 3 people chatting and 2 working, then one of the 2 people working decided to try to spit some game and spent over 45 min with one customer while 6 people where waiting, come to find out one of the three chatting/ welcoming people into the store was the manager... Back to Verizon I go.

This is the worst Sprint store yet! Manager Amber is lazy and NOT helpful! After her teammates sell you a bill of goods and blatantly lie to you she refuses to do anything to correct the issue! I would recommend anyone to find another more reputable store before your account gets jacked up like mine!!! Run...

I recently came into the store to get the new Samsung Galaxy S8+ and had a great experience. Donovan was very informative and knowledgeable and made the phone buying process quick and easy! I am switching my whole family to SPRINT!

Very busy crowded store..no waiting area, people milling about and they are usually short handed. Selection of accessories is limited and expensive at best.
