I was at the Safeway on West Bell road and needed some help in the floral department. I noticed someone that appeared to be a manager and asked him if he could have someone assist me. The florist was off today so he informed me that he was no florist, but he was up for the challenge because customers service is number one. He proceeded to cut the flowers I had picked and arranged them in the vase I chose. He even went above that and asked if he should tie a ribbon around the vase. Was it the perfect arrangement? No! But did his customer service make it all worth it? Yes!...Many people could learn from this. I am a manager myself and he is certainly someone I would hire for my business! Great job Joe, thank you for going above and beyond for my grandmothers birthday flowers today. I appreciate you!

I use coupons, so of course I wasnt expecting the cashier to be thrilled. But he didnt listen to a weird I was saying. Kept sighing angrily and rolling his eyes. I dont know how this store is still in business! However, there was another gentle man that did help me find what I needed and was very nice and gave me my rain check without one roll of an eye.seriously need work with training their employees on friendliness. Only reason I shop here us because they are usually in stock with what I need when they have good deals and it is the closest one to my home.

Only lacks a 5-star because management does not enforce the speedy checkout line. Constantly see persons with too many items using it instead of waiting in regular checkouts. This is annoying when picking up just a few items and having to wait for a full cart to go through. My wife and I insist that these inconsiderate customers must be Democrats.

This particular Safeway is...not that great. Ive only been there once, but I dont particularly want to go back. The store was dirty and the employees were inattentive. Of course, those details might change in the future...but until then, there are much nicer stores a little further away that are worth going to instead.

Clean store, always stocked, nice staff, never crowded. Jusr be careful in parking lot, i was driving and white car who was parked backed up from thier spot n didnt see me behind them i honked. Ignored me so I had to reverse so she didnt back into me...

Watch their prices. We feel they raise their prices to take advantage of of the elderly, who are limited to where their golf cars can travle. But all round its a Safeway store.
