I found pills in a purse here. Lorazapam pills. The manager woman was no help. She took no responsibility for the pills being in there. She said they have a policy they have to turn the purses upside down so if it was in a non zipper pouch then it would have not been in there. Obviously they failed to dump the purse because there was also paper in there. She went on to say they had problems with people putting items in the purses before meaning "customers" in store doing that. I asked her if she had record of that. She said no. Someones kid could die taking those pills and she or corporate took no responsibility. She also had an attitude its like ok im doing you a favor telling you your guys must not be doing their jobs by emptying purses and you have an attitude with me? I said im trying to save you from a lawsuit and trying so save a kids life and you have an attitude? called corporate and left a message after hours and they never even contacted me.

Was excited when this goodwill opened but each time I go in there I am unhappy. Tonight was the cherry on top. There was 6 employees that I could see walking around not including Lorie the manager. We go to Check our our 2 items we were getting and waited 20 minutes in line because a lady came in with a BOX of returns. When asked if another lane could be opened up Lorie the manager said no. I asked why and she said because they closed down all the other registers. On a Friday, packed store, line was long and she decided to close down all but one register. The wait, lack of attention to customers and lack of kindness of the employees but especially Lorie was not appreciated.

I used to shop here every weekend. After a long week, I enjoy browsing through all the junk to find treasures and spending 2.99 on a shirt or 6.99 up to 9.99 on a nice dress. I just stopped in today and found that all the prices had about doubled! Every shirt was 4.99 and every single dress was 9.99 or more! I was still prepared to find a few items because its still cheaper than retail in most cases, right?! Well then another lady and I noticed that they were pulling all the brown tags from the racks... Brown tags are 50% off today. So theres a sale but the sale items arent even available to consider. At least Savers pulls them before the store even opens, LOL.

This Goodwill is always great at keeping items well stocked & organized for easy shopping. My only complaint would be that certain employees (only a few, not all of them) that are openly unfriendly to customers. Maybe they are overworked or something, but their grumpiness makes me afraid to even THINK about asking for assistance!

Amy is a terrible manager. She has caught employees SMOKING marijuana. TWICE. And said employee (Nathan) is still employeed. Not to mention this employee, had to be arrested and then came BACK to work. He has yet to be fired. Amy chooses favorites. Not ome ounce of professionalism is seen in Amy.

The store is chaotic. It took an hour to get through the line. Impossible to shop with carts down the lines that are so narrow you can hardly walk down them. Then the new tags wouldnt scan so the clerk had to type it all in.

This store is very clean and organized. Im an Uber driver so I do not come out this way very often but wish I could. Only negative is, no one spoke on the speak to advice of the color tags for the day.

Why pay full retail when so much is available right here? Recycle, reuse, do some good, preserve resources. T-shirts, sweaters, costumes, or work clothes, plus whatever you need in the kitchen.
