The WORST service I have ever had. (1st of all.. the phones are cheaper at best buy), 2nd of all, the girl tried to talk us out of keeping our number (Im sure, because it was more work for her), then she told us to go to salt lake for a discount number until finally somebody said she could do it, then she gave us the wrong form and the wrong number. AND, they never answer their phone so I had to drive there about 6 times. Its easier, faster, and cheaper to drive to best buy in slc

Ive always had good experiences at this location; however, this time I was assisted by Mr. Tom Griffith, when I visited this location today. He went above and beyond to ensure I walked out satisfied with my trip and that it was a smooth easy process for me to get what I needed. His level of professionalism and customer service skills are above the standard.

Horrible They were inconsiderate and didnt want to help me because I had kids with me but took all the time in the world to help the people with some boxer dog in the store and it wasnt a service dog. They need new employees
