Went In to swap defective phone, they connected my phone to a device that transfer all the data on phone, they erased all of my media, contacts everything. They employee didnt know what he was doing, n to top it off o left that place with the same phone . Terrible. Never do .

Horrible. Got here at 11:00 hoping to switch to AT&T. They have one employee working, its almost an hour later, and I havent spoken to anyone. Looks like I am off to the next nearest dealer
