Asked where I would find a specific item, I was told to look on 9 isles! If I had not already looked through the store with no luck I wouldnt have asked for help. But no worries. Hobby lobby had what I was looking for and took the time to take me to what I was looking for to finish my project. THANKS HOBBY LOBBY!!!

A pack of 13 gift bags had been separated. The cashier would not let me purchase one of the bags. She made other customers wait while she left the register to investigate the loose bags on the rack but failed to remove loose bags so other customers wouldnt make same mistake I made. Poor customer service.

So I got really taken advantage of with the custom frame shop. I saw a sale for 60% off. Even after the discount it was more than $200 higher than what I was expecting. They have a great selection of household items but I wouldnt go back for a custom frame. Worst experience ever.

Huge selections of all your craft needs. Friendly checkout staff with a really great checkout process. If you cant find something the staff in the store are always willing to help and they are knowledgeable on what they have in inventory. A one stop shop for your crafting needs.

Great store for when youre feeling crafty! You can get almost all your craft needs met however if youre looking for fabric needs, this isnt the place, others are better. Michaels always has great sales and worthy coupons. Definitely my pick for the need!

Showed up at 11:30 for the kids class from 10-12. Maybe 6 kids in the room and when I asked if we would be able to participate...was told there was no time for my two. Very dissapointed.
