Customer service is not this AT &T offices 5* rating. For a communication Co. this branch does not understand its meaning. When I initially ordered the new I phone all information was given incl. Name address, Home phone, E mail info as well as payment that was not to be deducted until phone was physically received. All the information was lost including the transfer data from Verizon. I happened to stop by the office 3 wks from the order date, having been told initially that it would take at least 2 weeks and found that my phone had been sitting there for 4 days and that it was going to be returned. No Phone call or E mail or anything THe word I APPOLOGIZE came out like it had no meaning. Not having any of the Verizon data with me I told the clerk to sit tight. He said we are returning the phone. I left the office. This past week I received my AMEX bill and found that this office had processed $214.42 (4 days) after I initially ordered the phone . On top of that I wrote a letter to the Branch Gen, Mgr. outlining the above incident. Like everything else there was No response from a branch that needs to be overhauled.

What a great experience we had at the store! Christian was so helpful and courteous in helping us reset our password for the IPad, it took a while because we couldnt remember which one it was, each time you have to wait for it to reset. Considering this was not a sale, he still was very professional, as seniors we are grateful for his patience. Next day, I called Salvador the manager to let him know how much we appreciated Christians help in solving our problem, he thanked me for letting him know and said he would take him out to lunch! We were happy to hear that! Thank you Christian and Salvador.

Stay away... they let someone add a new plan to my account and that person isnt even on my account. They never asked for ID or anything, just went ahead and took 2 phones for cash towards a smart phone and added a contract. TOTALLY AGAINST THE LAW!! when I called to complain, as I dont even live in California, they said she can bring the phone back and they would reverse everything but she would lose the $100 credit from turning in the old phones... are you kidding me??? They did something against the law and they are penalizing us??? What a joke. Go with Sprint!

Brutal....these guys wasted an hour of my time up selling me on no less than 20 different items and then went on to mess up both my voicemail and my data package!
