This place has bad customer service. I went there for my phone. I had trouble syncing from my broken phone to the new phone replacement I received, plus getting rid of safe mode. I asked one of the guys there to help me, the guy said be right back, and went to the back room for 10-15 minutes, making me wait where I have better stuff to do. Then the guy came out and said I can help the next customer ignored me while he helps the lady who wasnt in line, when I came to the guy for help. Thats just disrepectful. Not worth it

My wife and I went to pay our bills and waited for over an hour, only one person was on staff and didnt even apologize for the long wait. Lacks competent employees who should have asked what other people were there for so I could do the simple and quick tasks first before helping a family get all new phones while we waited forever for such a simple task. Very disappointed in the staff and even more in the management that only put one person on shift. I might be looking for a new carrier soon, very disgruntled.

I Went there to order a device. This location called their district manager to verify they could while I was there and said it would be there in 2-3 days. I came in 5 days later to pick it up and was told by the same person that they decided they cant order that. When I asked why they didnt call me to let me know they changed their minds he told me he "totally" lost my phone number. Unprofessional and deceitful.

Most retarded place ever employees standing around doing nothing.. No cash refunds even when u paid in cash.. They send u a refund check within 2 to 6 weeks instead... 4 employees took 40 minutes to address me and process a refund... Worst store ever...
