Update: After my previous encounter with this Sprint store location, I then decided to go to the Sprint store on Lake Mead & Rainbow to "give it one more try." Thankfully, the Sprint store location on Lake Mead & Rainbow was totally different with their level of customer service skills! I walked in the store and was greeted by a very kind retail consultant. It was quite busy on that day when I walked in, but it did not take more than 25 minutes to see a technician. The technician and the store representative I dealt with worked out an excellent deal for my replacement phone that included me choosing $200.00 worth of accessories (as well as a more reliable cell phone case), which I could pay off in 12 months! So, it would seem that the Sprint store on Eastern doesnt represent their companys brand well as it relates to their lack of professionalism, but further represents a serious, internal, ongoing management problem. If you can spare the gas, please visit the Sprint store location on Lake Mead and Rainbow, because it will make a world of a difference. I went to this Sprint store location today to take care of some very minor issues with my cell phone, and I was greeted very poorly by a "retail consultant," named Noel Cruz, who seemed more concerned with playing on his personal cell phone then completely assessing my issues at hand. To make a long story short, I came in today because my cell phone is over heating, and the battery no longer holds a charge. Mr. Cruz informed me, verbatim, that the techs would not touch my cell phone because it has a (small) crack on the side of the screen. Keep in mind, there were only two ( yes, two) other customers in the store, as it was just twenty minutes past the opening hour, and I did purchase a "Sprint case" for my phone and a $30 screen protector, which both proved to be useless upon accidently dropping my cell phone on the curb, no less than a foot from the ground. I was told by Mr. Cruz that I had to replace my phone and I could not get it fixed, even though these were very minor issues with my cell phone, and he didnt bother asking a technician, once, about the matter or look-up any information on my account. I then tried to ask Mr. Cruz if there were any other options available, and he became very snarky when he sharply informed me that I would have to call Sprints service center from one of the in-store phones. I called the service center, though very helpful, could not assist me with the issues I was having within the store. More surprisingly, the agent that I spoke to told me the only thing she could do was send a replacement phone for $200! Please keep in mind, I paid a little over $200 to purchase my phone just three months ago. Unfortunately, since the store (or rather Mr. Cruz) was quite unwilling to work with me on getting my phone fixed, I will soon be cancelling my account with Sprint. I was more than polite, accommodating, and respectful to Mr. Cruz. Alternatively, Mr. Cruz was disrespectful, nonchalant, and downright demeaning. Although I was slightly annoyed, once again, Mr. Cruz never checked with the technician(s) to see what could be done on this matter or referenced my account. From my past experiences with Sprint, there was no reason as to why I couldnt have had these minor issues resolved, upfront. I used to love coming to this Sprint store location for the access, speed of the customer service, and the friendly environment. After this morning, I realized this store has changed drastically, and not for the betterment of the customers.

Update: After going back to get my replacement phone, I had a chance to talk openly with a couple of the staff there. Knowing what I know about Sprint and the information I was given, I can see their side of the issue. The staff, for the most part, are hard working people who are trapped between trying to satisfy an angry customer and not getting fired for not following the Sprint rules and regulations that pretty much say not to do too much to please the customer. After all, there are more coming in. So if they lose a few, who cares? Yes, that is not an excuse for being lazy and unhelpful, but after doing that all day, I am sure you do get a bit burned out and not care about the last hour or so of your shift. I am still not changing my score because it is Sprint and the policy they have for warranty service work is awful and unfriendly. Putting their front line in the line of fire and not offering them any true support. So here is my original review: So far my experience with this store is that they are staffed by McDonalds rejects and have no care about who you are or what your problem is. If this is a corporate store, I guess it fits because that is the mentality of the corporation. spending money on ads to attract new customers while giving the shaft to the current ones. My LG4 stopped working, the local "authorized" dealer assessed the issue and recommended a replacement or an upgrade. But Sprint consolidated the repair and service centers into this one here. This one was in no hurry to even look at it. Then told me on a Monday they cant get a replacement for it until l maybe Thursday. (thats after a 2 hour wait) Seriously? In all of Las Vegas there is not a compatible phone available to swap with me? Amazon will ship a new one to me over night, but I have mine under warranty and Sprint thinks they can get me one by Thursday! I am without my phone for work and my life until Thursday?? And as a 20 year Sprint customer, there is no way to upgrade or even offer to upgrade to the LG5 ?? Bad service all around

LIARS AND CHEATS!! I was with AT&T for 10yrs and guess what the rep that signed me up and told me what my bill would was right and when he told me the monthly price that never changed the during the 10yrs. I went in to do the cut your bill in half thing and Kevin at this store "helps me" right lol . He told me what my bill would be and the 1st month its double what he said I called he gets it almost fixed because it was still $20 more. Than this month it was about $50 more. Their customer svc is s@$t not just here but the 800# too. So this rep tells me oh this speaker is free for a promotion and so is this charging pad! Should of known it was lies!!!! I call and the 800# tells me I am being billed $12 a month for this for 12 mos...what happened to its FREE?? Same for the charging pad. They are f$!#&€g liars and watch when they load up on the accessories bcause I bet thats where they get more on the comission. The 800# tells me to go to the store to fix this!?!? No I am just done and there are other companies that will pay the ETFs I am willing to pay whatever to get away and sprint and will be sure to let everyone know how their sales reps lie to get a sign up and make their sale . They dont give 2 F@$&s about how they lie!! Now I know why Kevin never called me back to tell me what my regular bill would be. Because you were off by $50 really?? How do you miss that? You dont you just lied. If it was $10 or $20 okay but $50.
