Ive ordered several print jobs from this location, and quality has always been poor (black prints often faded). I attempted to try again, and will never place another order with them. I was given a completion date, and an email stating that the job was ready for pick up. When I arrived, I was told the order could not be located. I phoned the 800 number provided on the order, and was told it would be a week before the prints would be available. The icing on the cake was the treatment I was given, when I asked for help to obtain the prints when they were finally completed.

very poor customer relations ---- a order a month ago for large 18x24 photos and first they didnt have the materials ----I was patient while they ordered stock and they offered a 20% discount for the delay which I did not receive because I could not produce my receipt --now on this order (a simple photo business card ) they had a new photo but used the old sample THEIR FAULT THEY ADMITTED now because they said it was a change order it will take another 3 days for a proof then who knows how long for the cards -- appears 9 days for this request

I needed a drum for my MFC Brother printer in my office. My office can not function or conduct business with out a printer! I came to this Office Max and an associate at the counter told me they DO NOT CARRY drums IN-STORE, it has to be ordered online!!!!!!! I then searched Office Depot, called and the associate that answered helped me immediately and placed the drum on hold for me. I will never come back this place or any OfficeMax again.

I went to this store with my grandson and his mom for school supplies. Staff was very helpful. While they shopped, I browsed for a new "All-in-one" printer Ive been thinking of purchasing. Received thorough explanation of several models, and all my questions were answered. Were we not now living 80 miles away from this store, I would certainly make my purchase at the La Quinta store.

Horrible customer service here . I wish they understood how stressful back to school shopping is on its own ... And the fact that everything I picked up was labeled as 1¢ ..but the cashier wanted to argue with me about the price. No wonder Wal-Mart is everyones go to place . I dont think 1 star is deserved, I just have to put one .
