Today the manager, Benny, exemplified what customer service is really all about. A chair that I had bought about three months ago had already worn out. When I called, I was told to bring the chair back and they would help me with another selection. Benny was the person who had helped me previously and was now the manager. The whole exchange was hassle free and I am very happy with the new chair! "That was easy!" I look forward to working with Benny and his team in the future. Thank you for the awesome customer service and the incredible chair that I am now comfortably sitting in!!

Staples really makes shopping easy! I always find what Im looking for, and if they dont have it in store, theres a computer you can go to and have whatever you need shipped either to the store or elsewhere for free! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well!
