The sprint store manager in the Radioshack was still setting up his stuff on the opening day and EVERYTHING of his was priced incorrectly! I was asking about phone cases and screen protectors. He showed me a couple and said the prices were actually less than what was displayed, He convinced me to get a glass screen protector marked for $15 and when he rang me up it was $35! Then he said itd look perfect if I let him put it on. I complained that there was what looked like a piece of sand underneath it creating a bubble. He said itd go away in a couple days. Two weeks later it was still there so I went in for them to fix it. The sales associate them proceeded to take it on and off, dropping it on the counter, and making fingerprints all over the sticky part of the protector. After he completely ruined it, he said "he was new" as his excuse, and if I wanted a new one Id have to contact the screen protector company, pretty much that its my problem now and they dont have anything to do with it. Extremely POOR customer service!

Absolutely zero customer service. Associate only spoke Spanish the entire time. Didnt acknowledge me or offer help in the 15 minutes I was there aimlessly wandering around. Finally walked out.
