I AM SO FED UP WITH BEST BUY AND THERE POLICIES AND WARRANTIES, THEY LIE TO YOU!!! MY HOUSE IS FILLED WITH THEIR STUFF....MY I PHONE WARRANTY IS THAT I TAKE IT IN AND TO THE STORE AND THEY REPLACE IT. NOW THEY TELL ME AFTER I DRIVE 40 MILES TO THIS STORE THAT I HAVE TO DO IT ONLINE AND DOWN LOAD IT MYSELF!!! I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT AND I AM NOT COMPUTER SAVOY...THEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO HELP ME....BUT THEY ARE SUCKING 20.00 A MONTH OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR THE WARRANTY ON THE 2 I PHONES I BOUGHT FROM THEM....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They only lie to you and could care less when your having a problem....I just called the 800 number for help and was disconnected 3 times while I was on the phone with them and i could barely even hear what they saying and I was being nice...not feeling nice right now I am in tears!!!! Dont know what to do??? THEY ARE ALL NICE WHEN SELLING BUT YOU GOT A BROKEN PHONE?? THEY COULD CARE LESS!!!!!!! BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS BUYING A PHONE FROM THEM!!!!

this best buy is garbage they always come up with a reason not to price match(best buy they are not hell they dont even want to price match the best buy they need to change there name)The salesmen here are rude and dont know $hit about anything.I when to this best buy trying to get this open box tv (the only real deal they had) when I got there they said they couldnt find it ..and after looking for it myself for 3 hr. I found it and they still wouldnt sale me the t.v.(I know why to so they can get the t.v. 4 them self with the open box and there store discount they could get it for even cheaper then I would have got it for which is not the problem The problem I have is how they try to hide the t.v. from the customers so they can get the best buy for them self.... its supposed to be 1st come 1st served) I guess that why they dont have any deals any more .How crooked the salemen here hide(dont tell) & steal your deals never going back

qeek squad wanted 199.99 and 5-6 days to reboot my computer to factory settings. I thought to my self that make computers faster and cheaper than that these days what a joke. Went home googled how to reboot with out having to buy the cd(another wonderful idea right?). Google led me to support for my computers manufacture. I searched my answer there and found to my avail the magic button to press while turning your computer on. The magic button is different for different computers but when you press it you reboot your computer to factory settings. You do not even have to buy the cd from microsoft or who ever else. You also do not have to pay geek squad or any other computer company scam. It did not even take more than half of an hour either and I was back online. I feel so sorry for all the people I see at bestbuy paying them that much money.

Waisted 1 hr and half of my time, for on online purchase. Employees tried to accommodate me, but didnt put much effort into it. I odered online, was supposed to be available within an hour. Upon arrival, the product hadnt been pulled. So, I walked around store with my 20 month old daughter. Purchased speaker mounts and cell phone screen protector. Came back, it had been more than an hour, product was unable to be located. Only out-of-box was available, I paid for New. They couldnt tell me if one was on the way or not. 20 minutes later, when one of the employees walked to the back to talk to someone about it, all of a sudden the availability was cancelled. I ended up having to cancel purchase, which was gift for my husband.

I dont usually leave bad reviews but its the only way to change the way a business is run. I went in to Best Buy to trade some games in, after waiting in line for a good minute I noticed one of the employees family was waiting for the employee. Cool, as long as my service is uninterrupted. I took 8 games in, 3 were ps4 and 5 were ps3. I didnt expect much, but $1.75? A quarter for Just Cause 3 Day One edition for ps4? 4 games they wouldnt take because the picture on the case didnt match the one in their computer. Of course they wouldnt if they are special editions. So, I went to game stop and got $67 on the games...all of them. If you dont want to slap people in the face with trade-in prices, then dont accept trades.

Worst customer service recently! I went in Saturday evening and spoke to two different young men at the mobile department. The first young man couldnt seem to put my information into the system correctly and locked me out of my account for 24 hours. He called the second young man, redhead with glasses who was extremely condescending towards me and told me I was locked out and there was nothing he could do for me. I said are you serious? And he responded with yea dont know what to tell you. Go figure the sale ended that day and Best Buy refuses to honor it since its their fault I was locked out. Even if you cant help someone you could be a little bit more respectful to my time and presence.

I got into the store about 20 minutes before it closed and was in the market for a gaming laptop. One of the associates that worked there was highly knowledgable about computers (the young lady with the pink hair). She knew right off top of her head the specs and details of the computers I was looking at without reading the price tag description. I was able to buy my computer 10 minutes after 9 and she rung me up at the front. She was super patient with my wife and I really appreciate that. Thank you very much for your help.

Went there tonight not paying attention to the time or that it was Sunday. Got there 2 minutes after they closed but customers were still in the store and I had my daughter with me so they let me in. Of course they made sure I wasnt going to take too long, that I knew exactly what I needed. We beat the other customers that had already been in shopping out of the store. Wanting my business and money or not that was awesome that they let me in. Very thankful!

Worst experience ever I went to 3 different stores because they keep saying theyre out of stock on the item that I want but I can go to the other store and then when I get to the other store its not there and then they are rude about the whole deal it will not even talk to you about a cell phone after 8:30 when they close at 9 when I called and they said you have to come before 8:45 I mean its just ridiculous Im never shopping here again

would be nice if someone answered the phone, been waiting for anyone from any dept. to pick up for over 20 minutes now (calling from multiple phones) 30 minutes of ringing and no answer... I have a line ringing with sales, geek squad, and delivery/installation, nobody is answering... after an hour of waiting for someone to pickup on multiple phone lines i gave up, cancelled my order, and went with another company
