This is BY FAR the worst best buy I have ever been to. I am absolutely disgusted by the way in which this store operates as a whole and its abhorrent customer service. As I am from Australia (though i frequently visit America), I went to this store to simply get them to install a T-Mobile Sim Card into my Iphone 5c. The girl who I approached to did this was useless to say the least. After playing with the setting on my phone and messing around in areas she should not have been in she ended up breaking my Iphone and putting into a state where the screen was locked to the Apple logo. THEN, instead of calling for help, she proceeded to google how t fix it all the while texting her friends. I was in Best Buy for over 7 hours that day waiting for them to fix my phone, but after 3 DAYS it was still stuck and I was forced to reset my phone to factory. This meant I lost ALL of my photos, contacts and music. The worst part is that the Best Buy staff, more specifically the manager, did not care. It took over an hour of arguing and prodding just to get the staff to refund the $45 sim card. They did absolutely nothing about compensating the break of my $600 phone, I didnt even get an apologize from the manager. Anyways, I highly recommend that EVERYONE skips this Best Buy and follow Highway 111 until you hit the second one in El Paseo as they are actually helpful and compassionate.

Store is pretty clean. Check put process fast, but this store is difficult to get help when you need it. Usually in electronics it can be a 15 minute wait as there are one or two people in that section and no additional help. Went to look at buying a tablet to add onto my cellular plan. Well, this was a middle of the week day, afternoon, forget about buying a cell phone here. They can only help two people at a time and boy was there a crowd. Once you found help though staff is helpful and friendly. Staffing is not enough for the traffic flow of this store. I used the check out online pick up in store method to purchase some computers as well. I received a email reply pretty quick saying my stuff is ready. Well it was! They even offered to help to take it outside for me. So once again, staff here is great, just not enough staff on the floor to help. Cell phone station could maybe use an expansion (maybe it was just one of those days. Parking can be hectic, tightly packed shopping center, lot of people crossing the street and they have a large quantity of motorcycle parking in front of the store making it that much more fun to park near the store. Good spot for fender benders and door dings.

Went in having no knowledge on what laptop to purchase. When a young man named Jonathan(Duran assuming on other reviews) came answered every question and helped me find my perfect match. I also assumed he knew his stuff because his fellow coworkers were asking him questions and he had the right answer for them. This employee should get a promotion or raise, or both because its hard to find employees like him. I did try to recognize him with his manger but was never able to get a hold on him. What I also liked about him that through out the transaction he made great eye contact and never read anything off the label they have there in the store. I will be returning and recommending him to my peers.

I asked Demitri if the Yamaha 8" subwoofer would be compatible with my Vizio 2.0 soundbar. After waiting an inordinate amount of time for him to research my question, then resorting to asking another sales associate to locate him, Demitri magically appeared and announced that the Yamaha would not be compatible. I dont know how he researched my question, but I investigated further with Vizio, and they confirmed compatibility. I re-checked with the Best Buy chat room, and Erika confirmed that Vizio/Yamaha are compatible.

Terrific staff. Very knowledgeable and sincere about getting one the best item at the best price for ones needs. Ask for Jonathan Duran in PC and computer component sales, Erik Zuniga at the Samsung Experience counter or, if seeking Geek Squad advice, ask for Charles Stump. The ebb and flow of customers is unpredictable, so allow a few minutes in case the staff is busy with others. The store has free Wi-Fi, so one can always wait in a chair while browsing on tablet or smart phone.

One good sales person. Several very poor salespersons. The supervisors are the worst. They will try up the prices on you and con you out of $ faster than you can reach for your wallet. I cancelled a $1200 deal when the supervisor tried to slid a $50 increase by me. In other words they are not to be trusted. I will not do business with that store again!

Ridiculous, geek squad is worthless and the cell phone department is worse. They will hire anyone that has held a phone.. no knowledge required. Insurance is a joke and rip off dont bother. Cell phone dept said it was geek squad issue, geek squad sent me back, no one actually wanted to do anything but lean on the counter and say at least I tried...

I love the variety of brand selection to compare products and staff is now more courteous when offering to help and sticking around to help after initial contact. Best buy is the only store I know that has demonstrable Items you can "play" with before you buy, or at least to help you make a decision about which product to buy.

The pick up/customer service desk is horrendous!!! Takes forever to drop something off and pick something up! We were here to pick up a disc and a girl sitting on the computer wouldnt even help us and told my wife to stand in line and wait!!! Terrible customer service! These people need training in customer service!

Regretfully the sales people have NO training or knowledge of the products. When you ask a question, they just start reading what is printed below the product. If you ask to speak to a person that knows about the product, you get a person that knows even less. Clearly there is No training of sales staff.
