Horrible customer service! I tried to return an item, and I decided to go to this radio shack because it was close to my home. However, I made a huge mistake. The clerk who helped me did not know what she was doing! The supervisor/manager did not seem to be very involved and wasnt on top of it. I asked for a receipt and the manager told me that I should get an email from "customer service." I never got this receipt!!!! I had to call in and wait for almost 40 minutes to no avail. When I called the store to inquire about my receipt, I was told that they could not do anything until the manager came in the next day. If I were to sum up the experience, I would say they were not knowledgeable, do not follow correct procedures, and were unprofessional. Please save yourself trouble and DO NOT go to this store. Youll be glad you did not. Have a great day.

Bought a drone here. The associate told me I had 30 days to try it out. Went to return it and was told due to a few scratches on propellers that are replaceable he cant take it back. Even if it operates and I replace the props. To tell me I have a no worry 30 day trial and not let me know that a single scratch ruins it is a terrible way to do business now I have a worthless 200 dollar thing sitting around

You can forget about my business. As I walked in to the store, a speaker by the door was blaring rock and roll. I told a clerk that it was very annoying and she said she had to ask the manager. I did not feel like waiting around that long as it was very annoying and uncomfortable thus left my purchase there and walked out. I could here the disgusting "music" all the way to my car about 75 feet away.

Manager cannot understand and read the store policy, and if you tell him what the policy reads, he will kick you out of the store cause he is the manager. that is MR Johnson there are plenty stores to go avoid this one 3309 Rosecrans St San Diego, CA 92110 I asked and because hi could not answer my question he asked me to leave the store.
