After moving and store would not accept my payment after multiple attempts to make a payment... I returned a washer and Dryer, the store had a guy show up to my house with a gun to load the appliances. Regardless if he has a right to carry, still should not show up with a gun. Leave it in the vehicle. Most unprofessional place I have dealt with.

Went in to make a purchase on a new tv the people were very helpful and willing to make sure I got the best product for what I could afford took the time to explain everything and didnt try to rush my decision and had the upmost respect awesome place and will most definitely return on more purchases and refer everyone I can thanks

When we hit a low point financially and found an alternative bed and tried to return it they took the frame, but refused to take the mattresses because we sat them out THAT morning as was discussed. Now we have recieved a letter in the mail stating we REFUSE to return the merchandise.
