I bought few items at this BestBuy, item work fine, but most of the time - the "Customer service" and a "Warranty" , and even worse that are Geek Squad repair electronics shop are VERY, Very bad..!!! Do not pay extra money$, for extra warranty..!! They most bad is, some Managers, there are the worse..!!! They probably remember my face, and then know - I like to bargain on my prices$, of items I want to buy , and try to gey a good deal on the item. So most of the times when they see Me , and when I want to talk to them about giving me some kind of discount, because its open box or something else, "they" salesman" faces go - mad, and they look at me funny.. What.....??? You need to try to get the " Best-Deal" you can get !!! So, I guess BestBuy, do not like - you (customs) to get a "good deal" and theyre " Not happy" to give you get a good deal, they do not want to make the customers happy .? Anyway , please --- tell your friends and your family : - #1- When (if) they will go to Best Buy, please bargain with them. - #2- Tell them your price, and thats what you want to pay$ !!! If not, just to another store..!!! -#3- PLEASE, Please do Not use the "Geek Squad " at Best Buy..! They probably is the one of most expensive$ repair shop in Spokane.. Please read all the reviews - about: " Geek Squad" and you will see that Im telling you the truth..! -#4- Please, try to not to pay extra$ - for extra warranty, the "Best Buy warranty" is one of the worst warranty in Spokane..!

Ill never shop here again, period. Their delivery service is a joke. They delivered an open box item, tried to pass it off as new, and then when it was missing a crucial piece, admitted the item had to be a return, which I immediately had them pack up and remove. The return process is a hassle, as well, because they cannot process a return until the item is physically removed from the truck and scanned back into their system, "releasing" it. Dont count on getting a replacement anytime soon, either, because whatever you buy was probably such a good deal that they will be out of stock for a time, and then the delivery will take more time once its back in stock. Terrible company, filled with employees that are sure to rub you the wrong way and make you feel like youre just a wallet to try and pull money out of. Its not my place to tell you where to spend your money, but I can say there are TONS of companies out there that sell the same stuff as Best Buy and treat their customers like the top priority they should be. If you have any self-respect, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for your "big ticket" items.

3 weeks ago I had a car stereo installed, but they neglected to connect a few speakers in my car. I returned to ask if they could take a look and see if they could connect them. And the install tech said the speakers might not be compatable with the new headunit, and offered no further solution. So, I called the valley store and dropped my car off. Within an hour my car was returned with all the speakers in working order. Thats not it though I also noticed my radio reception had actually gotten worse since the new headunit had been installed. This time I went in person to the North side Bestbuy, and told them about the situation. The install tech offered me an appointment 7 days out. Within hours I did some reading online, removed the headunit, connected one wire, and fixed. Honestly if I would have known ahead of time how poor a job the tech was going to do I would have done the whole thing from stratch myself. And saved about 100 bucks. The valley store install tech seemed great and much more knowledgable, consider going out to the valley for your car stereo needs.

I have been shopping at this location regularly for the past 5 years & drive from the Spokane Valley. I have yet to have a bad experience - the Home Theater team is always up to date & I love how I get information not solely provided from a product manufacturer (personal experience, additional product reviews & information, etc.). The PC & Mobile teams are the same. I can recall specific instances with Customer Service (Ill update with your name - sorry!) as well for returns, use of Geek Squad Protection / Service Plans (worth every penny btw), Daniel in Mobile for my Beats & iPhone upgrades, & a personable Store GM that was more than willing to step in assist without question anytime it has been required (special order, additional product or service or install information, etc. - this guy knows his stuff!), etc. I know its retail & society is going online / eCommerce, but for those that still enjoy a human interaction (THEY PRICE MATCH PEOPLE!) you need to shop at this location.

Always try to take care of my needs. I have been shopping at the Northside Best Buy for years because they always seem to have what I need when I need it. The associates, for the most part, are friendly and helpful. Rarely do I get bad information and when I do, someone is more than ready to correct it and get me taken care of. I do live about an hour away from them so I try to make a conscious effort to go in when I am already in the area so that it doesnt become their fault if they dont have what I need at the time. The last few visits, I have purchased a tablet with accessories and a dash cam with accessories. Both purchases were handled well (the associates were friendly and knowledgeable about the products). My last visit required a splitter for my cigarette lighter in my car so I could hook up my dash cam and phone charger since the dash cam cannot be disconnected from its charger. Yes, they had the correct splitter! Thanks Best Buy!

Dont Use Geek Squad! We took our laptop to the Geek Squad when our hard drive was failing. They gave us great news when they told us they could save our files, especially our pictures (all taken during my wifes pregnancy). When we got our computer back about two weeks later (they told us it would take about 5 days), they told us everything went smoothly. When I checked our external drive to make sure they saved our files, it turned out they hadnt saved any of them. On top of that, they still charged us the $80 to back up our files. I took the computer and old hard drive back the next weekend. By then, it was too late to save the files, as the hard drive had completely failed. My pictures are now lost, even though when I initially gave the Geek Squad my computer, they were still accessible. My advice: do not use the Geek Squad! Stick with a local computer company who will do the work quickly and will communicate any problems.

My husband and I had a good experience when we purchased our fridge from Best Buy on North Division. However, the delivery men put major scapes in the walls of our brand new home, as well as huge dents on the fridge doors. They said they would get it fixed, but we are STILL waiting for them to send someone out to fix our walls!!!!! Their insurance company keeps telling us that WE need to find a contractor to come look at it, but it is NOT our responsibility! I told them to use the back door to bring the fridge in, which they ended up doing only AFTER they got the fridge stuck and did tons of damage to our walls. It is their responsiblity to fix the problem they caused, NOT OURS!!!! If you want to keep your house looking nice, and not have to go through the hassle of trying to get them to take responsiblity, I would go somewhere else to purchase large appliances!
