Not the best one I have been to. Go in about how my iphone 4 "insert sim card" issue that keeps poppin up and I keep having to reinsert the sim card to get service. One of the gals that works there interupted me while I was talking to another employee and asked was I having the issue now an I said no that I had to reinsert the card so I could recieve calls again. Then she goes on to tell me "of couse it isnt happening now and that it must be the Apple store effect" which made me feel like she felt I was lieing. Pretty disappointed with the Las Vegas Apple store but expect they will improve there service over enough bad reviews. Andrew at the counter was the only one that had respect but still didnt take care of the issue as its still happening. Apple is a great product and the store in Reno will take care of me when I return from my vacation, they always have in the past. LV Apple!!!!!! get with the PROGRAM folks.

I was visiting Las Vegas and need to fix my macbook. I choose this store cause has a great review. When I step in to the store, it was busy. the staff were friendly. I met with KEVIN BEERS and asking about my macbook. He was very informative and quick response. He asked me politely if he can bring my macbook to get check in the back. Within a minutes he came back and inform me that the technician will see me and explain about the repair. Again I was just wait for few minutes then Armando the technician was out and explain briefly about the repair. The repair will take about 3-4 days wait on the part. Unfortunately they didnt get the part until I have to leave Vegas. They were refer the repair to the Apple store near my hometown. Overall I was pleasant with all the staff Hillary, Racal and Steve with their professionalism. That was the best experience with Apple store. Thank you KEVIN, you are rock!!

I have a problem with my screen "touch disease" which they half acknowledge its part recall and said will give me a new refurbished phone for the price of fixing the screen. When the store associate came out with a new phone to swap it shows that needed more screening so I have to go home with a loaner. End up waiting for 8 days and still nothing so I called Apple Store and they put me on hold for a long time. Finally they said brand new phone came in today for the price of fixing the screen. makes you feel special for getting a discount but it should be free. I take good care of my phone and never dropped it. So disappointed. Slow process. Have to go to store 3 times to pay for a refurbished phone.

On Tuesday July 28th my daughter either lost/misplaced or had her phone stolen at the Marquee Night Club while celebrating her 21st birthday. I called Verizon to find out what my options were and decided to visit the Apple Store inside Caesars Palace. Time was of the essence since my daughter was flying out in a couple days, and Jeremy went over and beyond our expectations by not giving up on us. He followed through, and proved that no challenge is big or small. I’ve been in the car business for over 20 years, and we train our employees to exceed our customer’s expectations, and Jeremy hit it out of the ballpark! Jeremy Holley is an asset to your company, and deserves recognition.

I took my girlfriend here to get an upgrade from an i4S to the i5 simple enough right? Well after standing around for 20 mins we finally got some help from a guy who seemed to hate what he does, no smile, no positive enthusiasm, no welcome to Apple NOTHING! So after his 15mins of everyones tired and snailing around we got the i5. After asking if there was a way for him to transfer all her data to the new phone he says "your better off doing it on your own computer yourself." Great, thanks for selling us an expensive phone with no accessories or assistance. Your employees need better training if theyre all like this! ! ! GLAD TO BE AN ANDROID FAN!

Ive been agonizing for weeks to get a new iPhone. My dog literally chewed off the case and somehow managed to get the volume controls stuck and the screen was acting like a 1970s television with snow. I made the dreaded appointment with the store and showed up early. They took me at the exact time of the appointment. After about 45 minutes of the tech running back and forth from the back room. She returned with my original phone and it looked almost brand new. They popped in new buttons and somehow dried the screen. I am a happy camper.

My iPhone 6 was having GPS issues after I reinstalled iOS, it was fine before that. We brought it into this store and had one of the guys at the Genius Bar take a look. He ran some diagnostics and said everything was fine but would I like a new phone. He didnt check any settings. Replacement phones are $299 and Id have to turn in my current phone. Long story short he didnt help, and kept pushing a replacement phone which we said we werent ready to do. Later online I found out you just turn off "setting time zone". Problem solved.

This store gets a lot of foot traffic and I noticed the primary customers are either coming in for iPhone support or tourists that are buying to take home. I was approached several times by different Apple staff to ensure I was getting attention. The store is staffed adequately and the only backup I noticed was the clusters of people waiting to pay for stuff off the shelves. Compared to other Forum stores this is one of the busiest.

Horrible. They totally dropped the ball when it came to following through with their promises to contact corporate over my issue because they couldnt figure it out. They never got back to me, even when I called them back. I finally had to go over their head to corporate. I will never go to that store again. I have many Apple products and have been a customer for a long time.

Wasnt very busy, went to buy an Apple Watch. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Just an FYI - apparently banks like to decline transactions due to a lot of fraud in the "Forum Shops". I would recomend going to APM to get cash or swipe as debit should your card get declined. Had 3 cards get declined and Visa shut 2 cards down for possible fraud.

Bryan is awesome. Signed up the kids to do a quick class here (if your ever in town and want to kill an hour, the classes are usually empty given its mostly adults visit and the locals dont like the crowds). Bryan took us on a local tour of the shops while the kids too videos for their movie making class. Awesome.
