Manager would not let me bring my diaper bag through the store due to a "no bag policy" 3 other customers walked out with us. I was with my wife and my baby in a stroller. Numerous other people walked in with bags, but my diaper bag being a backpack was a big deal. there is a side pouch especially made to hold baby wipes. Its Graco Brand, its not like we were just using a backpack as a diaper bag. I walked in the previous day in my work uniform, and my tattoos covered up with a regular backpack and no one stopped me. I wonder if I put the bag under the stroller, would she have stopped me then? Ive been in plenty of other times before she was there with my diaper bag with no issues This Goodwill had a new manager and has gone downhill. She has overpriced everything and there inventory has been piling up. She is rude, and Ive watched her argue with customers. I will not return until she is let go.

In terms of Goodwills this is one of the better ones in the city. I can consistently find very good deals here however each and every of the six times that I have come here Ive had to wait in line between 5 and 10 minutes. This store consistently has the slowest check out Ive ever seen at any thrift store. It can be really infuriating when you only have one item to check out, and youre standing behind 3 people which takes 10 to 15 minutes. Additionally, the cashiers always chitchat and seem to go as slow as possible. I understand that that is customer service and creates an enjoyable experience, but taking such a significant amount of time to check people out is unacceptable.

Its tends to be a little disorganized on the shelves (but have you seen some of the customers at Goodwill go through a shelf? -no store in the world could keep up with that). More importantly, Ive never encountered a rude employee or had a bad experience shopping there. There are three Goodwill stores convenient to me that I shop at about equally and, across the board, Ive only ever encountered friendly, smiling employees that genuinely want to help make my experience with Goodwill a positive one. In todays world, that is worth its weight in gold to me and will keep me loyal quicker than perfectly organized shelves any day of the week.

I bought a microwave from this Good Will, brought it home to find it doesnt work (though it did turn on at the testing point, it didnt actually heat). Also bought a lamp from there that didnt work when I got it home (they dont supply light bulbs so you never know). I dont normally complain about this sort of thing, but the employees were extremely rude. I actually saw a full - on fight happen between a customer and cashier today. It was pretty disturbing. Im just bummed that I have to go back there now to return my microwave!

I bought a microwave oven and toaster from this location both work great seeing I asked to test them before I bought, the employees were more then happy to assist, I also bought a great sofa and love seat for a song and dance, looked like no one ever sat on it must have been a donation from a furniture store that could not sell it also looked around and found an old very large tonka semi truck that is in excellent condition and paid only 20.00 dollars, must have been from the 50s because it looked like a 56 ford f series.

Found numerous pairs of used shoes that had original tags on but you could tell they were worn. The price was the same as original or more and staff didnt seem to care. Spent hundreds of dollars over the past 2 years. We will never step foot at this location again since new grand opening. Very poor customer service. Thought this was a second hand location, seems as if it is now retail with the high prices.

This is the worst store ever!!!!! The heavy set mexican manager lady accused me of shoplifting when i was in dressing room, i had $1700 in my pocket shopping that day!!! Goodwill is a Fraud & a Scam they are a "For profit" company although they claim there are nonprofit!! DO NOT DONATE TO GOODWILL OR SAVERS THEY ARE LIARS!!!! Donate to a church!!!!

So overpriced!!!!! Things are all donated! Why are their prices so high?????Geez-Louise!!!!! You can buy "new", "unused" products for less at Walmart and Target. The Good Will has been getting worst with prices for years....I heard they have a new CEO and this is one of the reasons why its changed for the worst

I love goodwill. Yeah its kind of dirty sometimes and the place can be a wreck, but every now and then you will find a treasure that will blow your mind. I love just looking around and seeing if there is anything worth buying like an old school Nintendo or Super Nintendo (which I found a couple months ago).

Nice store, lots of stuff. But not like the Goodwills in Northern Arizona. Clothing not organized very well or clearly labeled on racks, pants too hard to understand their organization method. Most stuff is double what they mark it in AZ. Cashiers are a little snotty.

This is more of a review on Goodwill overall. I find them ridiculously overpriced. You really have to go by their sticker color sales days. This particular location is pretty slow at the register. Other than that this store is organized and clean.

Decent place lots to buy from and always changing. But when I came to drop off a donation the gentleman in the back looked like he was ready to smack me. When you look at someone and you can sense hatred. Just had an Erie feeling.

This is an ok, store parking is a mnightmare because of the inand out and carwash in the same plaza. Folks are really nice, but only a good choice, if you are going early. Anything after 10 is not worth the headache.

small store, the smell sometimes is unbearable. had to walked out few times because of the strong stinky smell. Prices are too high, few deals if you are lucky to spot them.

This is one of the newer stores. I like to check it out from time to time to see what fun things I can find. The staff is nice, but it can get crazy when they have a sale.
