I need your help who ever recorded the incident last night 01/02/2016 I went to Ross in Avondale, AZ on 99th ave and McDowell. My 10 yr old son had a $50 gift card he had got for Christmas he went to purchase some shoes and socks his total came out to 55.96 the cashier told me he only had $29.05 on his card. I replied no there should be $50.00 I told her to cancel out the socks and shirt and only charge the card for the shoes and I would pay the remaining balance. The cashier tried but her cash register froze so she asked the sales associate next to her to help me, he then tried to give me the money and said Ill refund the money and then you pay for the shoes and remaining balance. The first cashier that originally helped me told him not to give me the money that it should be on my card so I called the card and said no its not on the card she went to get the manager Rudee who said thats not our problem when she was trying to explain what happened. I then replied excuse me how is it not your problem I either need a purchase or a refund. Rudee said youll get your money on your card in 7-10 days I said why would I have to wait that long. I tried to explain I still wanted the shoes when he told me to Shut up that really upset me when I tried to explain again he then said Im not helping you no more get the f*** out of my store and called security. Now I ended up calling the police who tried to speak to the manager as well Rudee would not talk to the officer and told her he told me I would get my refund in 3-5 days at this point I called him out on his bluff I said thats not what you said you told me 7-10 days. Anyways I want this to go viral please help share this. I was disrespected in front of my kids and without any reason at all. I want to find the kid who video recorded this. I had already called Ross corporate office. Thank you

Went to this ross today Im not a frequent shopper here but was happy to find what I needed a new dog matt . The store was together and seemed over all pretty clean . How ever having a line to almost the back of the store with only 2 check out counters was really inconvient . I waited and got a friendly cashier she said she just got there 10 min ago I asked who the manager was and made a complaint about the line ,with atleast 3 people fixing or organising shelves and her self standing with a security guard bs ing while there was such a long line seems out of place . She simply thanked me for my thoughts and continued her conversation with the security guard and greeting incoming guest .. shame on management for allowing this to happen mabey think of the people standing in line thats abnormally long. probably because its Sunday and also a weekend before kids go back to school Im sure families could use more time and would gladly have a quick check out vs a 2 person greeting at the door ...

Place was chaos. Only one employee (Joseph ) was checking people out for purchasing and returning. Poor guy was overwhelmed, but was very courteous. I counted 14 people in line. Called the store number while waiting in line, spoke to Jon. Informed him of the current situation. Recommended he come up front and start assisting with check out services, which he never did. Saw him come up with a clipboard. Seriously, have you ever heard of multitasking!

One of the dirtier stores I have shopped at in the Phoenix area. Ross always has good prices but this particular store has never had much I was interested in buying since its usually trashed and the mens selection is pretty limited. I will walk through here on lunch to look for deals but usually leave empty handed.

Here is the problem...the customers. Most are extremely rude, THEY are the people who "leave clothes on the floor" and have no patience. Retail is granted so many hours to staff. Also, piss off a manager by being rude, and see what you get. We are all HUMAN, BE RESPECTFUL

Every time I go here they always have super long lines and I guess Im not the only who got scammed here then when I asked for help the manager kinda coped an attitude too ....I though it was your JOB to help customers I mean they are getting payed right ????

The management at this store is a complete joke. Dont waste your time coming here for returns, because it will take forever! There are many more Rosss in the area, and I suggest strongly that you take your business there!
