I really do love to shop at Ross but they irritate the hell out of me with the way they tag and I dont know who to talk to because none of them seem to care how careless the tagging is. Frames have the stickers on the glass, so you have to come home and scrape the stickers off the frames and I usually purchase 3-6 at a time. UGH! Shoes have the sticker on the inside of the shoe, so guess what?.. you have to scrape it off and now the inside of the shoe is sticking to your foot! UGH!! I purchase journals and of course the stickers are stuck to the back and you cant always get them off completely. On more than one occasion I was already in the dressing room to find that they have put the security thing on the bra strap so now you cant adjust the bra strap to try it on properly! UGH!!! Really people, come on with the careless tagging. Just because you charge lower fees for products shouldnt mean that you dont care about the extra work consumers have to put in before or after purchasing. I have taken my concerns to more than one manager at the Surprise location and they just tell me to go online and contact corporate. Why dont you talk to corporate?

They wouldnt do a curtain rod exchange for me, even with the receipt. The reason..... Diane, sales associate, said because it was my fault that I couldnt hang the rod correctly, causing it to fall and break, and not a manufacturer reason. Wow! Really?! Im NEVER shopping there again! Horrible customer service! I dont care how reasonable the prices may be, their customer service sucks!

I like to shop at Ross you get good deals and when they have a sale on the low price you then you get a great deal! I have gotten a whole outfit for $10.00 and it was a top, pants, bra & panties, and shoes and I almost had enough to buy a purse! You do have to do some work to do what I did!

Love most of the Ross Stores, always great deals, same clothes you would buy at the mall but at a much lower price, only inconvenient : not all sizes and colors but thats the reason of a better price. For people that complained go buy at the mall lol!!!!!!!

Lines for check-out are usually long. While my hubby was on the line, I tried to check and found a dress which I liked but had no chance to try it on. I still bought it anyway because it was 80% off. I was just happy because the dress fits me perfectly.

I like Ross for the prices and choices available. The lines are long and sometimes the staff is not so nice. I attribute that to not enough staff on hand and they are overworked for little pay. ROSS, HIRE MORE STAFF AND PAY THEM DECENT WAGES!

Just went shopping here and the staff (Diane) were not happy to have customers. If your not in the mood to help customers take the day off or find a different profession. You are in customer service.

Be careful about this store. A friend of mines credit card was stolen and when we went to talk to the manager and asked her why did they not ask for identification she refused to tell us why.

Ok but my card was declined with swipe and chip part was covered I used my wifes same thing lady said it was the card nope it was the machine because i used the same card never happened.

Its ok it is what it is not a very high quality store. You get what you pay for . I mostly was looking to see if anything has changed and its still the same no big news to report.

The lines are long the front end help has no sense of urgency and absolutely no one in this store was helpful at all. Ill never go back.
