Went into the store to drop of a return to make valid my 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I had 2 lines but didnt need one so after 2 weeks of use I called they told me to go to the store. Needless to say the lady there wanted to dissuade me from returning the cell phoneto them by telling me it would take 2 months and that my refund wouldnt be complete. I thought those were a bunch of lies. I proceeded with the return despite it taking 2 hour of my day. I would have to say that she had no idea qhat in the world she was doing. i over heard her helping other customers and heard all of the misinformation she was providing. The other employees also seemed like they were clueless but I will not comment on them as I did not deal with them directly.
