As soon as you enter this place, its like walking in a diamond wonderland rather than your typical pushy retail environment. There was no pressure to buy at all! Just helpful friendly faces and a large, quality selection of jewelry to choose from. I wasnt making a major purchase, but they made me feel like I was as valued a customer as if I had spent big bucks. The team at Deerwood Jewelers went above and beyond to help me with an heirloom ring that I brought in for evaluation. I stopped in to discuss appraisal services, and they had the best price and fastest turn around of all the shops I called and visited. They were honest and told me I didnt need a full appraisal for what I was doing and they did a quick evaluation of my piece instead (which saved me money). I got all the info I needed on my ring quickly and in detail. They answered all of my questions with a pleasant and happy-to-help demeanor. I see why they have a 5 star rating and so many positive reviews. The entire time I was there, people were walking in the door and every one of them was greeted by the staff by their name. This tells me people are coming back, and repeat customers are a testimony to the type of service this place provides.

Stop looking for the best prices, quality and customer service because they have it all here at Deerwood Jewlers. Family owned, friendly, and not pushy on getting you to buy or to apply for financing like all the other places. Searched all around town for a band that matched my fis engagement ring, wasted our time at zales, Kays, global, beards and a few others. The only place that rivaled them was global diamonds as far as customer service, but prices were far more affordable at deerwood, especially since they currently have a 75% off sale. They offer fast or next day sizing, lifetime warranty and customizations available. Rohan was the manager that helped us and he was honest, knowledgable and cared a lot to take care of his customers, even offered to have a band custom made if we didnt find what we liked. But needless to say, they are hands down the best around town. Ask for Rohan and he will ensure your experience will be a good one.

Great prices. Excellent customer service. I needed repairs on some watches, a bracelet and engagement ring. I ended up buying another diamond ring for the wife. Some of the watch repairs ended up complimentary because they arent there to nickel and dime you. Their watch prices rival anything you can find online (ask them for a price on what you like). I buy nearly everything online (I like to save money) but if I can walk into a store, see and feel the product before I buy it, then pay pretty much the online price and not have to wait for shipping to arrive, then thats what Im doing! Nothing like getting it now. You can tell these guys are in it for the long haul. They do everything they can to create return customers and I am one of them. They have a Bering watch in the case that has my name all over it. Cya soon guys!

This is by far one of the best jewelers in Jacksonville!!! The customer service provided by Rohan and Sean cant be beat and they definitely have the best prices in Jacksonville! My fiance and I went to 8 other jewelry stores looking for the perfect wedding ring to match my engagement ring. Not only was Deerwood Jewelers able to custom make the perfect wedding ring to match, but they also had by far the best price for it!! For a similar ring (not even a perfect match) at other jewelry stores, it was almost 1000 dollars more!! I still cant believe the amazing deal they provided us. In addition, Rohan and Sean were excellent at answering all our questions, keeping us up-to-date on the progress of the ring, and are very friendly. My fiance and I definitely plan on returning to Deerwood Jewelers again!

I must say that I am VERY picky when it comes to my jewelry and I have searched high and low to find the PERFECT diamond bracelet,My search ended the day I walked into DEERWOOD Jewelers.. I will say that not only are their stones magnificent and I was sold at that point but their prices keep me going back for more. Every single person there is very knowledgeable and very fair in pricing.I love the ability to choose my own stone and then a special mounting that shows my taste and personality..I also really like that if they dont have something exact that I am looking for they CAN get it.. I must go now as I am heading to my favorite jewelers as I am in the market now for a pair of Diamond earrings..{sizing up} :) P.S My friends now have a nickname for me.. "SPARKLES".. If u have anything u want to b made and the best for the perfect price this is the place to go. I wouldnt waste time searching i went to at least 20+ stores around Jacksonville looking for something just for me for a good price and i was going to give up till my dad went to Deerwoods to get my mom something special. They have the best and nothing less you will be happy like i am if you just walk in. I am very happy with the ring that I asked for Rohan to make for me. I couldnt ask for anything better then what they made its very beautiful and i can not stop looking at my hand. I will always go to Deerwood Jewelers for any jewelry that im looking for. The price and quality of what i was looking for was right on the mark. Rohan will forever and always have me as a customer.

I have lived in Jacksonville for over 30 years and know most the jewelry stores in this town. Deerwood Jewelers is the best jewelry store Ive ever encountered. The owner and manager, Rohan, remembered my name after our first introduction: three months prior! There is nothing pretentious or snooty about this store. His merchandise is superior: his fine jewelry is of exceptional quality. He has a wide variety of jewelry for every pocketbook. There is no hard sell, just a warm welcoming smile when you enter his store. The prices are reasonable (actually, quite low) for the quality. Do yourself a favor: avoid the jewelry stores in the Avenues Mall or The Town Center Go to Deerwood Jewelers. Youll never regret it.

My fiance got an absolutely stunning engagement ring from Deerwood Jewelers. He walked in wearing shorts and flip flops but Rohan took amazing care of him anyway. They walked through the process of choosing a diamond and worked together to make the ultimate decision... did I mention how stunning my ring is? So I went in to get the ring sized which they had completed in a couple of days. When I picked up my ring I decided to get the diamond earring posts my Fiance gave me turned into hoops. Love the staff here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I both bought our wedding bands here. They were able to find a light metal ring that my husband, who has never worn a ring in his life, loved. They were able to take my engagement ring that was bought online and match it with 2 identical wedding bands to match it. After the wedding they were able to solder the rings together to make one beautiful wedding ring. I have been a returning customer for other things as well. They were able to take a single diamond earring (since I lost the other one) and turn it into a beautiful pendant for a necklace. I would highly recommend them.
